I recently tried Automatic Writing for the first time in a long while. This is when you hold a pen or pencil to paper and try to open yourself up to the spirit world, and hopefully they will write something through you. I have done it before but it never felt like 'someone' or 'something else' was doing the writing, it felt like I was doing it.
So, I thought I'd give it another go and I received some amazing results that I was shocked and pleased with.
I tried to empty my mind of thoughts and open myself up to the spirit world. I requested that I only spoke to people who meant to do me no harm and who were not evil in any way, shape or form.
I closed my eyes and put my pen to the paper I had ready. I can honestly say that I can't really remember how long I was sat there for. I think it must have been about twenty minutes but I felt like I wasn't really awake if that makes sense.
When I opened my eyes I had two sentences written down on the paper in handwriting that looked nothing like my own. It said "My name is Wendy. I live here"
I am now wondering if this is the spirit that has been causing me to have lots of strange experiences in my bedroom as I have been having lots of them reccently.
This is the first time that Automatic Writing has worked properly and this well for me. I couldn't believe the results and I am currently trying to look for the names of past residents in this house to see if I can find if anyone called Wendy has ever lived here.
Has anyone else ever tried Automatic Writing? And have they had these sorts of results?

When I feel a slight pressure pushing down on top of my head, I know a message is about to come through.
I grab my laptop, open up a blank page in word doc, and wait.
10 to 20 minutes later, I'm "back" again to my current reality, with a long Automatic Writing message in front of me on my computer screen. I have no recollection or memory of typing those words. I was not Consciously aware of my hands and fingers typing on the keyboard.
And the messages that come through? They are profound, encouraging, strange, cryptic, poetic... And some messages are so fascinating, that I've literally spent the past 3 years trying to "figure out the meaning" behind them.
What do I do with this information? Lol it's like a huge puzzle to me. Something for me to solve. 😆
If you enjoy the end results of automatic writing, or would like to try it, I suggest getting on your computer and pulling up a blank Word doc or Google doc. Type the date and time. And then wait for a few moments.
Hopefully you have started to understand when it's the "right time" to be in Receiver or Channeler mode. There are usually subtle signs and indications when you're ready to receive a Transmission.
Pressure on top of your head.
A crackling in your ear.
A presence made itself known...
