Telepathic Confusion

I have been having telepathic experiences over the years. I need advice on how to control the thoughts I have been receiving from others. I constantly receive thoughts that come across as my own thoughts which is where I get confused because I don't know how to differentiate between mine and others. For example, I knew the answers two of my lecturers were thinking for all their questions except that it comes across as my thoughts.

I also constantly hear people saying what I am thinking because I can send my thoughts to others or influence what people are thinking. I do not know how to control it but my powers are getting more frequent. For example, I was singing a song in my head and a coworker started singing it loudly at the exact place I was singing it.

If anyone crosses my mind it is guaranteed the person will contact me by the next day. I realized the person who crossed my mind last said that I crossed his mind the same time he crossed mine.

I form strong connections with some people like my mother and boyfriends and I know when they are going to call or message me to the point that I wake up from sleep knowing it will happen. I realize that its a subtle feeling inside telling me to go to my phone.

My awareness of my powers is probably making the occurrences more frequent but I feel completely confused by everything happening.

I need guidance as to how to control how I send my thoughts to others. How to differentiate between which are my thoughts and which are others thoughts.

I never liked people who spoke loudly but I believe that it's because I am sensitive to loud voices. I feel like my head is going to explode sometimes... I often walk away from loud voices.

I also suffer from headaches often and I don't sleep well. I have always felt like I read people as soon as I meet them and make an accurate assessments of them.
