Loud Buzzing & Vibration In My Left Ear

I recently had an interesting experience. I was sitting on the edge of my bed when I all of the sudden heard a loud buzzing & vibration in my left ear. I've never experienced anything like it, nor do I have any history of ear or neurological problems. I was quite surprised by this new sensation. It came on so suddenly out of nowhere. It felt as though my ear & head were vibrating from within accompanied by a loud buzz. When it occured it was as though my whole body froze & I could feel the vibration spread all throughout. During this my right ear seemed fine, the only thing that happened to that ear was that all noise became slightly drowned out & muffled. Just as quick as the buzzing & vibration came it was gone, only lasting about ten to fifteen seconds. I'm wondering if anyone may know what it could have been, or has experienced this themselves?

I have had some paranormal experiences in the past. For instance, when my mother died I was in another state & dreamt of fire & awoke to the extreme urge to call her. I fought the urge so that I wouldn't wake her only to find out the next day that she had passed the day before due to alcohol poisoning at the same time I was having those feelings. Throughout my life I've had unusual dreams which have seemed to partially become reality. When I'm dreaming these dreams they're always weird & confusing, then later on I'll be somewhere or doing something & I'll come across or experience the same thing that occurred in a previous dream. As a young child of about 10 years old I saw a man with a mustache who was dressed in a brown suit at my mother's house, when I told her about it she just brushed it off & said "oh that was your brother dad.". Come to find out years later going through my grandparents old photo albums they happened to have pictures of my mother & my brothers fathers wedding. Looking closely & sure enough there he was, the same man I saw in my mothers house. It was my brothers father.

As someone once told me, we can't always see things as something 'magical' or else we would drive ourselves crazy. So I'd first go through normal medical reasons. Feeling vibrations isn't something new to me, I'll touch on that in a moment, but the hearing loss with it could mean it's something simple like the fluids in your ears. I'd go through the normal possible reasons first before looking for something spiritual. That being said I have vibrations not in my ears, but all over my body in different places. My leg, arms, head, just different areas. Most people don't seem to feel the same vibrations that I do, but they come on randomly and can last for a while before stopping, and they happen randomly.

This has started happening to me recently as well except it's in my right ear. I have never had any problems with my ears or brain and have had neurological testing in the past. It just feels different, but it's nice to know I'm not alone.
