How Do I Develop These Experiences?

My first experience was when I was very young. I had a dream of a boy in primary school getting the ball and scoring a goal. A month later the exact picture happened again but this time I was awake and seeing it wit my own eyes. I passed it off as deja vu.

Then in January of 2007, I got a really bad flu. For the whole week of the flu I had bright vivid dreams which seemed to stand out from other dreams I was used to having.

The first was a dream of my friend Bam who was injured at the train station. Myself and a friend of ours carried his coffin and placed it against a wall. When we opened it there was no body in it only his phone, wallet and a runner. I woke up and text Bam warning him to be careful. That night I got a call from him saying he had been mugged at the train station on his way home they stole his wallet, phone and threw one of his runners into the river.

The next day I dreamt I was at a wrestling show. It was my friend Pips turn to make his entrance but instead he let his music play out and told me he was going to tell my boss he hurt his leg and was quitting wrestling for good. He arrived over 2 weeks later with the news for me that he was quitting wrestling. He hadn't told our boss yet but the plan was to go out with an injured leg.

A few months later I got a really bad feeling and I couldn't shake it. I got the bus home on the Thursday evening and the first person I saw was my ex boyfriend in his car at the traffic lights. An hour later I got a phone call to say he had crashed his car and was in hospital.

2 days after this I was lying in bed awake and I got the image of a hospital and my friend Paddy in a+e. A few minuets later I got a text from him saying he was in a+e and could I go to him.

A month later I dreamt of a small plane crash. I could tell there were 2 people in the plane and they both died. The following day I saw a plane crash on the news where 2 people died. The plane had crashed in the exact way I dreamt.

And finally a week ago I had a dream of a plane crash in a sunny holiday destination in the Mediterranean where 126 people would die. This time I was in the plane and I survived. The following morning there was a story on the news of a plane crash in Spain killing 126 people.

I would really like to know what exactly it is I can do and how is it possible to control this? At the minute it happens randomly.

Thank you for reading.

When I was in college and taking too many hours and exhausted, my brain seemed to "let go" in a way. In a more mellow time in my life now, my abilities (if you can call them that) are more controlled, but in college, well, I got really zoned in... Focus on you and your studies. Avoid the distractions of this stuff and use the helpful info. Part of your training is perhaps learning to be discerning. Poet and didn't know it.

I got these nearly every day but they have stopped now but I can see my own future. I've already seen my future children its just amazing. I just have dreams of me being in the spirit world. Get contacted by spirits nearly every night. I say things not meaning to and it comes true. People just tell me not to say anything at all. Like I say I bet you lose your money ten minute later they lose there money.

I have precognitions just like this and I still haven't found out how to try to increase it, I think they just come whenever... You can meditate for about 10 minutes everyday, that helps.
