I'm not really sure where to begin with this but for a long time (years) I've been able to feel and see a constant, for want of a better word, "buzz" in the atmosphere around me. This "buzz" appears to me as a strange, flickery mass of "energy" with streaks rapidly passing through the air. If I look at other people while I'm looking at this buzz I can see their aura. Also if I focus, I can feel energy buzz everywhere. I can feel a lot of it within myself and a similar amount within other people. I can even tell roughly where people are in the area around me. Also, and this is one of the things which are confusing me most, I seem to be able to control this energy to a certain degree. Recently, I've been practicing this "skill" by trying to focus the energy into a small ball in between my hands. If I concentrate properly and after about 20 seconds I can actually see a ball start to take form, if I keep with this then I can even see hints of color within the ball. I have not taken it any further than this point. I understand that this doesn't sound like the usual thing and indeed I'm sure it sounds farfetched but that is why I am writing this as I honestly don't know if it's all in my head!

Lastly, and I realize that I'm risking people calling me a liar by mentioning this. I just moved into a new house and lately I keep seeing white blurs just outside the normal range of my eyesight and on one occasion this blur made contact with me. This blur looked around the size of a small dog and, quicker than I could react; it "ran" up to my hand and made contact with it. It felt like a sudden electrical shock. I've also seen what looked like a figure standing outside my bedroom door (which was slightly open) looking in at me. Recently I found out from the neighbours that an old lady who had lived there at some point in the last 15 years had died in our new house.

I don't know if this is real or if I'm simply imagining it. I would really appreciate any advice or comment on this matter!

Well still its better than bad ones. Lol if you are bored and no one is around to talk to then talk to spirits.

[at] mubashir, true. If you keep a positive energy you attract more likely kind ghosts/spirits than mean ones.

[at] mubashir,I would not try to leech from spirits unless you terribly need energy and there is no other way. First, you are taking in energy from a source you can not trust and can leave dark and evil feelings of hatred if it is a tormented spirit. It can change your emotions and help block up your chakras. Unless you plan to use the emotions of hatred and pain as the source of your power I would not do this. Of course you might get lucky and it is a "good" spirit, but this isn't as usual in life and you might be even taking energy from a ancestor or past loved one.

Oh no its ok. Dont worry about your typing. Just speak whatever is on your mind. Well anyways your point is to be careful with energy absorbtion and to avoid any unnecessary trouble you gotta meditate and keep a positive field around you.

Some people take this energy in unwillingly. Here is a trick I know to stabilize yourself keep the faucet on or in a much more complex way keep pouring out an equal amount of energy to what you take in. It works in practice and using conductive surfaces can help.

I think you would be presnently suprised at how wrong you are when it comes to the amount of skill nesscary to stabalize yourself.

I know what you are talking about for those who drain spirits are more like a black hole to them. But the thing is a person is strong enough to keep himself stable after draining spirits and is not effected negatively. Otherwise it would be a real trouble.

I forgot to mention however that there is the plus side of spirit repulsion. Simply put, at least in the best way I can describe it, Spirits tend to stay away from one who drains.

Sorry for the grammer problems in my previous comment. However to answer you question tthe recepient can often take on character traits of the victim. Not to mention headaches that come from the amount of conceration required to drain someone. Plus who knows what other sideffects that have yet to manifest themselves?

Uhhh you mean like energy draining. Surely its not a good thing if you start draining energy of people around you. Well if that's what you mean, and how it will mess someone up? Can you explain a little more please?

I know I am a bit late in posting this however I feel it must be said, the use of one's own energy is often preceived as if you will forgive my limited vocabulary a given however among the few posters on here I have noticed a few who have practiced whether knowingly or not something called leaching. Becareful if you are doing this as among other things it can really mess you up.

I don't know what to say minus I've spent the majority of my life studying will an how to control it. Since I was young when I would get mad glass would break so I studied how to form that force in my palm it is a dark red or a black with green ring. I know its not just me since I photographed it an three friends have seen it. Use of it is to move a can or book nothing big an I tend to wilt flowers... Oh well maybe you can tell me something about it

Ah! I know exactly what your "white streak" is. That's what I call fusion energy! I posted a story about it yesterday -- you might want to go have a look. I have yet to see a white or purple one, but I have seen grey -- They're fast things, aren't they? As far as I know, though, they can't make contact with you. I suppose I've never been close enough to tell. I'll keep in mind what you're wrote. As for energy; I have a friend who can do the same.

Specterkid...thanks for the info and when I form an energy ball it feels warm/hot and gives me a strange restless feeling after I charge it for a while.
Icansee...thanks for the help. Your experience has cleared a lot of things for me. Two questions...1) what might the spirits seek my help for? During this electrical storm did you absorb electrical energy from the storm or was it something different to this? Thanks!
Blue_moon001...thanks for the help I found your info very useful and easy to relate to (your description of when you use energy to physicaly enhance yourself seems to be exactly like my experiences with this). It's good to hear that there are people with similar abilities to me (and obviously that I'm not imagining it!). I hope you don't find this intrusive or anything but from your comment I can tell that you are a religious person. How do these abilities fit into your religion? Again I hope you don't think I'm being intrusive by asking about your personal faith but I am honestly curious about this.
Seeingkid...what do you mean by you think he went into withdrawal? What was he like?

its like Jakson! Jakson is a friend of mine that has recently discovered how to absorb energy! Though, he keeps over doing it. 😐 the other day he took in so much he went into withdrawl (I think).

Ah ha! You, my friend can control psi energy... I've learned how to do that just recently... I really don't think you are imagining any of this. As for the drawing energy into yourself to make you physically stronger and faster, I have experienced this a LOT. Especially in gym class. I could be completely drained, and then I just close my eyes and feel the energy around me, then it's like a surge of energy runs through me and suddenly I can run faster, lift the weights better, or do whatever we're doing with such incredible ease that I couldn't fathom if it was otherwise. It does sound like you have great control over psi energy. I've been having trouble with it and I never have time anymore to really practice it. I'm not sure how to answer your question about what spirits will do to get it. I was attacked once by a demon while trying to make a psi ball in the middle of class, it tried to strangle me, but it went away after I stopped. I do not mean to alarm you, and that was just one time. There is ABSOLUTELY NO need to fear them or any other spirits, because I can guarentee that they are FAR more afraid of you than you are of them. I hope this helped. Good luck! God bless you!

I was recently under a great electrical storm, the energy flowed through me like crazy, on that night I bet I saw atleast 10 different "ghosts" I tried to explain this to my family and they all think I'm loopy. I have always had abilities and they do seem to get stronger as I get older. To me there doesn't need to be any practice, it just happens. People in my family, and my mom testifies, have many psychic abilities. Your energy seems great, and these entities will atract to your energy in hopes of some kind of help. This is just a guess on my part but here lately I have done some great studies and I know that I am not the only one, if you don't want to be judged don't tell anybody you wouldn't think to understand, criticism is a hard one to get by

This 'energy' is called psi my friend. I most recently discovered the same type of ability. You must concentrate on the energy going into your body and making the ball. I can't really say much, just try researching psi balls on the internet, kay? One question though... When you see the energy, is it warm, cold, etc?

Danthaean... A earth bound spirits existance in this plane is fed by the energy that is here and if you can manipulate it they would be attracted to you in the course of your energy activities. They would want to be around you and some of these spirits can just take it from you when its in a ball in your hands or any time you shift it out of your body so don't do this in a haunted home a graveyard or the like. I draw in energy from the surronding area to kind of heal and refresh my self and again be carefull from where you draw from because you can pull in negative energy also. With time you kind of have a good feeling of how to use this and where to use it such as saving up energy for Astral travel or the healing arts... There are a lot of applications and all of them require that energy be spent and your very good and finding it and directing it!

Also, I forgot to include this, I fairly recently discovered that by drawing energy from the surrounding area into my body I'm able to make myself physically stronger and faster. Is there anything you can tell me about this?

I'm not really sure... I just stop concentrating and the ball dissipitates. I'm pretty sure that I reabsorb the energy though as I get a strange feeling running up my arms and throughout my body after I stop concentrating.

Just curious, what happens if a spirit senses my energy? I mean, what might they actually do if they want it?

Danthaean... If this is new to you what do you do with the ball after it is formed? Do you let it melt back into your hands or do you release it? If you release it do you feel different? Be carefull when and where you do this as spirits will be attracted to the energy and want it for themselves.
