My first experience with this very strange and uncomfortable phenomenon was a few months ago. It started happening right after my third eye began to "activate." without any real provocation. (I don't know what the terms are for these kinds of things or how stuff works, I'm very mediocre in my knowledge of this, so please bear with me) I would be doing something completely normal at the time and suddenly start feeling the strongest energy building up inside of my body and it caused these weird reactions, excitement, extreme frustration, restlessness, involuntary vocalization, etc. I do not have any medical problems nor mental health issues, just to clarify*. I'm perfectly healthy.
Anyway, these "episodes" per say would last for quote a bit, and sometimes drive me absolutely up the wall due to the rapid influx of energy seeping out from me, the emotional state it puts me in, and how physically restless it can make me. This went on every day to every other day and has gradually come down to being small, here and there episodes that are more manageable. After these began happening, I started showing signs of psychic ability, or at least hightened intuition. Such as clairaudience, being able to predict certain things, albeit they've been small and insignificant. It's been getting better and better by the week, even though it seems like these kinds of things are stuff that people have to practice for some time before getting, or at least most. I don't mean to sound like I'm tooting my own horn for saying that, I'm just trying to give as much detail as I can. I once heard a man's voice in my head say "Her DNA is spliced with ours," It sounded like he was talking to someone else. It confused me so much, but I didn't really know what to do at the time and ignored it.
Can anyone explain to me why I'm suddenly getting these massive energy flows and abilities developing without any reason? I don't consciously practice this, nor do I meditate. I haven't done anything that I've thought would trigger these things. Does anyone else experience this, and if so, what do you think is going on? Opinions, thoughts, and advice are, as always, greatly appreciated. Thank you for reading!
