Out of Body Experiences

i had an out of body experience once I just woke up I couldn't move or talk all the sudden I watched myself walk through the front door walk over to me and dissipear then I could move and talk again it was the scariest thing that ever happened to me could some one explain what that was?

My friend says she has out of body experiences oh and I will be posting some of them soon!

astral traveling yes I believe that's what its called maybe its happing more know because you feel more trapped?

Often before I fall asleep, I feel like I'm falling and before the felling ends, my body actually spasms as if I had really fallen or something fell on it. Could it be an astral projection that didn't work out?

to leticia flood, is someone in your house into the ouja board or playing around with other spritual games that you might not be aware of? Some one you are letting in your house or being close friends with might be into witchcraft or demonic spells, or it could be someone in your family. Be watchful with who you keep company with and call your friends. Evil spirits tend to latch on to innocence people. I remember I had a terrible dream that I was doing something that was unholy. Come to find out the person that I was hanging around with had that spirit in them and they let me know it AFTER I had that revealing dream, this person said they were a christian. Ask the Lord He will reveal it.

I was surfing through the Net trying to explain my experience this weekend. I do have what I call a Dream in Dream. Where as you are having a nightmare, think you've waken up and there you are again in the dream and unable to wake and feel paralyzed. Well this weekend the same scnenario, with one difference, there was definately some presence in my room with me.
It started with a dream and then it was in my room. As I was lying in bed, I could see and hear something or someone (it had a black cover over it's head) and was breathing over me, a little behind me. It's breathe was actually releasing some type of spit which I could feel on my arm. As I laid there paralyzed, I was trying to scream for help and tried to reach to my wife beside me. It was a slow process but when I thought I had awaken her and I had moved away from this thing. It started all over again - back in my original sleeping position with this thing above me. I then felt a strong pinch in the back of my neck and then it all stopped. Scared the hell out of me... Does anyone have any comments about what this is all about?

The last OBE I had did not go so well. I endulged on negative feelings while exploring, and like a guide, my senses took me to someone negative. It was a pale redhead woman. She was standing 6 ft in front of me, just staring. I didn't fear her until she raised her hands and came at me. I went back to my room and then woke up. When I woke up I could sence that something was in my room and it wasn't a pleasant entity. I had to call my guardian angel.--My advice-- DO NOT ENDULGE IN NEGATIVE FEELINGS.

can somebody please help me learn how to astral travel I have books on how to do it but they all involve visualization and the chakras but I can't do them please help me! I can relax completely and I feel like I am starting to spin but then my right eye opens without me trying to open it. Then the spinning stops. I feel like I am tied down on that side.

ps. I hope you learn why you are getting them less and less. I personally have no idea

Sometimes your best defense, is your defense. I mean I think it's good that you people pray and what not and build up. But sometimes you need to build yourself up mentally, that's the focus. Plus once you start having this more often you will be able to relax more and where to go or not to go. And even do it while not sleeping, just being in a certain state so to speak. Also when it feels a lot of times like you can't move, tell yourself over and over again that you can, just keep fighting. You can do this, don't be scared come in there with a set mind, knowing that anything could happen, but that you WILL make the best of it. Before you go to bed, relax yourself, get in a good mind set, no negative energy, just try to think clear. Plus not all outter body expiernces are so horrifying as everyone says they are, some are quite hilarious lol.

i have had numerous experiences going to sleep and waking up paralyzed and sensing fear and seeing black entities which I sensed in my spirit were demons. This first happened before I knew Christ and even after I knew Him I still had these episodes. The first time this happened I saw 3 entities that looked like aliens I felt like if I could not wake up I would die and it felt like worse I would lose my soul. It is so terrifying I know where you are coming from. I'll be online for a while if I can be of any help. When these episodes happen I try to concentrate on saying the Jesus over and over and in my spirit trying to ask for forgiveness and trying to yield my life to Christ in my spirit. The best advice I can give you is to pray before you go to bed. And sleep witha night light and/or the Tv on. Ever since I had my first episode I have never went to sleep in the dark except for one occassion. Also try not to sleep on your back becasue it seems a person is more likely to have these episodes.

Please respond A.S.A.P. I would liike to know more about my out of body experience. I had heard some stories, yet never any such as the terrifying one I have experienced.

Last night I fell asleep hugging my pillow. My eight year old daughter beside me. Suddenly, I felt myself lift outside of my body and was floating about my house. I could see my husband asleep on the couch and my cat looking up at me franticly. An immediate thought entered my mind..."take me above the ocean, where I could se the sun". As soon as I reached the door, I cried out "NO", I didn't want to go. I senced great fear and was suddenly back in my body. I am unsure if I was still asleep, yet there were two entities standing beside my daughter. The one infront was an evil female with long black hair. In a desperate attempt to protect my daughter from this being, I rebuked her in the name of Jesus Christ, three times. The other entity was not as frightening. Although he consisted of jist total blackness, it was as though he was just watching over the evil one. With all my spirits' might, I pushed her away and she attempted to dig her nails into my arm. I am horrified to go to sleep tonight. Please respond with some positive spirtual feed back. I have already prayed and summoned 10, 000 warrior Angels to embrace me with their wings of protection. What does this all mean? I don't understand.
