I'm 20 years old and have been having stranger and stranger things happening to me that is really making me think I have an ability.

Way back when I was a kid I remember seeing shadow people up until I was about 10 or 12. A few years go by I get a little older and I realize that not only am I having deja vu real frequently but I feel people's vibes and residual feelings and I can also sit in my room which has NO LIGHT IN IT AT NIGHT I can close my eyes cover them with my hand and go under the blanket and still see my whole room in small detail. If you mess up my room I won't see the old clean room I'll see the new messy room with my eyes closed. It's weird.

I think my house might be haunted because I always have a static electricity numb feeling on the back of my neck at certain times and parts of the house. I have been looking into unlocking my abilities if I do have them which I think I do. I don't want to be a waste of talent if that's the case. I am really looking for some answers as to what any of you professionals think out there... ANY ADVICE?

The psi tests (ESP test came back HIGH, and the sensitivity test came back high) I'm just real interested because my mom and grandma both claim to have had past experiences. Every now and then I will also see a shadow move that won't be there but it will be out the corner of my eye or I'll see a flash of light when I know there is no light going around.

I get real moody depending on who is around me and when I meet someone for the first time I can tell them everything that's wrong with them and what they don't like and what they want. I have feelings when I speed in my car that a cop is going to be around the way and what do you know when I get around the corner actually slowed down to do the limit there is a cop taking radar. I would really have to say I'm just looking for an answer... What's the best way to CLEAR MY MIND of all thought... Is it truly possible? PLEASE HELP!

uornamehere, I believe something is in your presence that is making you restless. I was a hell raiser once in the past, and seemingly I got bad vibrations over all, as if I became possessed or something to do wrong without thinking or in a "black out state of mind." I'm not bi-polar, but I was known to have a bad temper anyway, but asked myself many times why I had gone to extremes to hurt people overall. I believe I was possessed by some evil spirit. Although now a Christian, I occasionally have a tendency to lunge out and have these outbursts of anger. I pray to rid these feelings, and it works. Now I have a sense of peace and tranquility.

Maybe you have a photographic memory? How great would that be? And maybe your imagination is spot-on with guesses to what your room would look like if it was messed up with your eyes closed. Why don't you experiment by closing your eyes and getting a friend to place something in front of you and try to guess what it is, just say the first word that comes into your head.

i thank you for all of your posts to my topic its very helpful... A quick note on the glasses thing... They eye doctor said that its above average and she has not seen anything like it in years why would I want them off?. I'm glad to hear that everyone else does think I have a gift it makes me feel better about the situation. So I also have to say. While I was in walmart yesterday I was with my grandma and she was 3 isles over from me I thought I heard her calling my name so I went 3 isles over to her and asked if she was calling my name. She said what? So I asked again did you say or think my name and she said yea. So I asked her which one and she said she was thinking about me! REALLY MADE ME HAPPY! I have been meditating every night and iv been noticing increases in my experiences. Just hopin to keep progressing in this

I'm 21 and I have been experiencing for awhile the thing where you close your eyes and see your entire room. Like, not imagine it but SEE IT. Its usually just before I reach sleep. I got crazy goosebumps when I read your story. So many crazy things happen to me in my sleep. There was one time when I woke up and saw my room and it was daylight and I was most definitely awake but stayed in bed and there was a voice speaking to me. I asked him many things but the only parts I remember is asking his name and he told me something with a J like jim or james. I was awestruck and I asked him if he was real and he answered almost like he was offended and said "yes I'm real, are you?" the way he said it was like, "of course I'm real. Are you?!" I never heard from him again bot often ask to speak to him before bed. If anyone can help, I have literally hundreds and hundreds of experiences to talk about, both of dreams and life. I know my abilities are extremely high and very real, I just need someone to talk to about them.

Or the feeling on the back of your neck could be an astral parasite. I'm not going to repeat myself *again* - just check my post history, you'll find the techniques I use there.

hey, just wanted to comment about the static electricity you feel on the back of your neck in certain parts of the house... If this started just in this house and its an older house with original wiring, then that could explain the feeling you are getting... I think its called emf readings... Old outlets or exposed wiring with high emf readings can cause the goosebumps on your neck and down your spine as well as a paranoia feeling of being watched or followed... Its worth checking into 😁

You obviously have abilities, and you know you have it. All you need to do now is accept it and use it for good purposes. You are off to a good start because you are on here reaching out for advice. Take your time, slow down and do it right. Keep in mind that your Guides will know more, and they know you personally and about your abilities. Ask them to show you the way.

As for your glasses, if you have 20/15 with them on, and 20/20 without them, then obviously remove them. If in doubt ask your Guides.

Woah, Woah, WOah! YOu people JUmp to conclusions ALOT!
Ok, you're defiantley a phsyical empath. I have somewhat of the ability, I am either a VERY strong empath or am having the puebencant high all younger psycics seem to get. Anyways, I haven't tapped the ability like you have. Empath, sure. NOTE: an empath senses emotions and vibes of surrounding poeple, say, you luagh at ALOT of jokes becuase of the vibe, instead of getting what it meant. Psyical empaths sense surroundings. But also I think you have small paranoyia

you are precognative and a medium
The psi tests arent really acurate because there are so many other variables that could affect your sensetivity and things like that
And if the shadow people have red eyes then keep away from them because that probly means they are demonic or very angry

I have been trying to get in touch with my guide and I think its working because 3 days ago right before I woke up I heard the words 2 days and lose keys. Well I thought it was about my girlfriends dad but it turns out 2 days after I hear that I lose my keys... Last night before I went to bed I was meditating asking for my guides to help me out show me a sign help me find my keys or turn up the radio... I lay in bed and look to my left and my keys were right there it was crazy... I torte apart my whole house looking for those keys including my bed and they were nowhere... What do you make of this situation? Is it progress? Because I'm new to this hole thing... I just recently started to take notice about what's goin on.

to also comment on the above... Over the years my eyes have been getting worse well so I thought... It turns out my eyes are 20/20 with out glasses which is my bad because when they wrote the prescription to fix my eyes and put them back to normal they had to write a 20/15 prescription. The doctor told me and my mom she had not seen anything like this in a long time which made me feel special... She said with my glasses on I see what a normal person sees but my vision is slightly blurry, with my glasses on my eyes are above average which means I can see finer detail and further distance... Another note is she said I have astigmatism and I'm far sighted.
