Not Sure How To Describe A Form Of Dejavu

I am a 30 year old woman and I would like to post a query to see can anyone help me out.

I have very strange feelings sometimes. I could be sitting reading or washing dishes or driving and suddenly I would get a feeling that I am a different person and I always get to the second where I figure out who that person is and the "Vision" would be gone. When I say vision I'm seeing it in my mind as I am never asleep. It could be something that sets me off whether it be a smell or song or noise. It is so hard to explain this and I am probably not doing a great job.

It's probably a form of de javu as I can "know" what's going to happen i.e., what someone is going to say or what I am going to see. It may only last a few seconds each time but it is enough!

My stomach will turn and I will feel sick and usually my head will spin. This is really freaking me out. I can't remember exactly when it started but I have been having them for at least 4 years. Not regular enough to pin point a time scale but lately I have had a few together.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am starting to think I am going mad, It would be great if anyone could give me an insight into what they think it might be!

first off I want you to know your are not going crazy everything you are expeireince is natural. I have had the same instances as a kid happen to me like I would be sitting on the toilet then allo of sudden feel as if I'm watching myself from like in the corner of the room and I feel the whoosy spinning sensation as you described I thought I was the only one who expierienced this. I like to think of my deja vu sensattions as reassurance that god is always around and that I'm on the right path or for others it can be known as a brief laspe in the illuision some live in.
