Releasing Energy To Relieve Headaches?

I have suffered from headaches since I was a small child. Migraines, tension, and now (for the past three years) cluster headaches.

I am trying to figure out if it is possible that these headaches are caused by too much energy in/around my body, and if so, how I might go about releasing the extra energy. I'm referring to life-force/psychic-type energy, not physical energy, of course.

I sometimes have instances where I will feel a warmth growing in my stomach/lower back area, and it will progress to my upper legs/lower torso. This often happens when I am lying down, reading or relaxing. I can make it happen by concentrating on it. I can also radiate a warmth from my hands when I concentrate on it.

However, afterward, I do tend to get a pounding in my temples and the front of my head... It feels very similar to a dehydration headache.

It's confusing to me- I'd like to try to harness the heat from my hands to somehow heal my own headaches, but creating the warmth itself actually gives me a headache.

Is there a "release valve" for too much energy? A way to safely release it without creating an imbalance within myself?

I would definitely appreciate any help or stories from others- I've never really talked about things like this with anyone, for many reasons... But finding this site has given me hope that I can maybe find some answers without being ridiculed. Thank you all in advance.

sorel,

There isn't much modern literature on the mechanics of how our brains interact with the atmosphere, most of what I know is firsthand knowledge and experiments.

Though I can answer specific questions through email:

Lasker2, that is very interesting!
I've never heard of that phenomenon, but I definitely feel markedly better when it's raining. I'd love to read more about what you're describing, and if you wouldn't mind providing some links I'd be very grateful! Thanks so much for the info.

Modern medicine seems to have no idea about this phenomenon, but some headaches are caused by the brain's interaction with the atmosphere.

That is: a part of the brain can influence the weather. A side effect of this is that you'll get feedback from changes in the atmosphere.

I don't know if you can see it, but there is this layer of energy in the atmosphere that looks like a blanket of white sparkles. This is the layer which may be causing your headaches.

How do you stop them? I haven't found a way, I just know that when it happens I feel better after influencing the sky to make more rain fall - so this may be what you need to try.
