Sensing Emotions

I don't know if I have anything or what I have but I would really like to know. I just recently turned 17 years old. One day I woke up from a nap and had to go to work. Before I went to work I was fine and happy. I went to church that day and everything was going well. I was having a great day. When I got to work everything was going well. About an hour passed and I began to feel angry and mad for no reason at all. I kept telling myself why am I feeling like this, I don't have anything to be angry about. It was the weirdest thing ever. I actually felt so mad that I could yell. The next day I went to school and told my best friend how I had a bad day and I explained what I was feeling to her and then she told me that yesterday she was eating dinner with her boyfriends family and she was really mad and angry at him. I'm not going to get in the details why she was, but she then was saying how she wanted to tell me so badly and was thinking about telling me. I think it might of been her emotions I was feeling but I'm not sure. What do you guys think? And what am I? I have never had this happen to me before. I could have but maybe I never really realized it until now since my friend told me that.

Well THAT was...
**shaking it off and trying to redirect thoughts properly.

Heyitssarah? Sometimes there is just a connection that we, as humans have for another human individual. A bond forms that is just not at all easy to explain. You (from here on out, "You" will be meant as "an individual") start to feel nervous when they do, you know when they are in trouble, you can finish their sentence.
Those kinds of things. There is a hard to explain love that goes between the two people that seems to transcend even geographical locations. With that love seems to be an awareness.
Consider yourself one of the lucky few to have such a strong friendship.
So... What are you? A kindred spirit.
Thank you.

[Shadow/Moonbishop,]
This site is meant for OPEN discussion so that everyone can benefit from the comments and advice offered up. When you look at the list of titles, and you see something that sounds like what you may be going through, then you get to the story, read it and go to the comments hoping to find out if anyone has come up with anything helpful that you could relate to in your own situation... Nothing but people saying "I can help you if you want, but you need to email me". Kind of makes the whole purpose of the site a moot point doesn't it?
Plus, recently there has been a problem with cult-like activity, and now that type of 'activity\recruiting' has been banned along with the ones who were doing it. Just don't need it to start up again.

Yeah, I know (rolling my eyes) that you HATE a lot when it comes to me. So maybe if you refrain from getting into my conversations, that have nothing to do with you by the way, you will not have to deal with me responding. Let's not go down this road again, OK?

Didn't you read them? Anyways, sarah, I think you should follow caitylin's advice. In fact, I will add you to my favorite people list. And DC, you are being very harsh on Noperson. I mean, he said that he just doesn't want people to be bored by him in another story. And he probably just forgot to read the rules. Also, he isn't recruiting people. He is just saying that if you want his advice, email him. And I think I will to hear some of it.

Thanks caitylin.
That actually helped alot. The past few days I have been feeling her emotions and earlier today I tried to focus on my own because I was feeling overwhelmed. The waterfall thing I will defenitley try.

DCinAZ, I hate the way you have been personally attacking people:/
Sarah, it's because you are close and she had a strong urge to tell you. I also experience the exact same thing with my boyfriend, although I'm only 13. It was like an initiation for me and afterwards I always felt his emotions. I'm still developing though. If you're looking to strengthen it just stay posotive about it. If you are ever feeling overwhelmed make sure you protect yourself. Use shields and cleanse yourself. I do this by imagining a waterfall falling onto me, going through my body and then spreading into the earth, imagining that I am left energized.
Noperson, I think I will email you. I need some help on learning how to strengthen and control my empathy...

noperson,
Do you want to be here? If so, knock off the recruiting!
You've been warned too many times!
If I see your name come up one more time with another advert. I go to Management! Then it's Bye-Bye for you and your comments deleted. 😠 😠 😠

NoPerson, do NOT advertise here. You've been warned... Next time help yourself, or get your Danny friend to tell them. We do NOT need you giving us that site, its unnecessary and unneeded.
