Thoughts That Aren't Mine

This is my first time here and I was hoping to get some help on a few things that have been on my mind. I'm 19 years old and female, if that helps. =)

For a while now I have been thinking thoughts that aren't mine. It's as if someone's planted their thoughts into my own head. This normally happens when I'm about to fall asleep or when I've woken up. Sometimes it happens when I'm relaxing. I also say things in mind that doesn't make any sense and a second later I'll say, "Why did I think that?" Whenever I think those statements or thoughts, it feels as if my mind is being controlled by someone else.

I've also had an interesting experience. A while ago I was lying in bed when I saw something. I was in a doctor's office and the doctor told me that I had cancer. The man sitting next to me (I guess he was my husband) said, "Don't worry, honey. Everything will be fine." He looked a little bit too happy at the fact that I had cancer, though. I'm guessing I was his wife. It was like I was in the wife's body. Would you say I had a vision? If I didn't have a vision, what was it? Things like this used to happen to me often, but they don't anymore. Does anyone have any idea why?

Also, as of late, I've been having dreams where I can literally feel sensations. For example, I dreamt that someone kissed me and I felt their lips on mine. Another example would be when I dreamt that my friend was nibbling my ear and I actually felt it. In these dreams, it's as if I'm semi-conscious and I can control my reactions to the person's touches.

If anyone has any information that may help me with any of my situations, that would be great. I'm not afraid; I'm actually very curious. Thank you very much, and nice to meet you all! =)

love_true: Thank you so much for your feedback! Nope, I'm not afraid. I actually think it's amazing. I've always believed in spirits and the spiritual world and it's cool that I can sort of interact with it in a way. =)

Lara_Usha: Haha! Thank you very much! I'm a calm person when it comes to certain things. =)

Hi there. Ok, so you are definitely way more cool and laid- back than I am. Which is saying something. I am 15 and female, if it helps. A few weeks ago I discovered that I could speak to the dead, and I positively freaked out. Anyway, so koodos to you. Those voices you hear, I'm guessing are other peoples thoughts. They might be spirits or live people. The dreams might be something similar- you are experiencing other people's sensations. You're probably sensitive to other people's energy and emotions. It's cool. Congrats again on being so laid-back.

its good to see that your not afraid. Most people freak out when they realise there are thoughts in their mind which are not theirs.
I hear "voices" before I fall asleep too or when I let my mind wander. I have figured out it is other people's thoughts that I can hear- or sometimes conversations they have.
You can check with someone and see if it is the same with you.

(or maybe you can hear spirits.)

Well now about the dreams you have, em I don't know much. You can check astral projection and see if anything seems familiar, though.
Hope I have helped.
