Out Of Body Experience - A Very Scary One

This isn't the first time, but last night was scary. I couldn't scream, I couldn't move, in the dream I was trying to get my mom's attention by trying to shift myself towards the wall to kick it, but every time I moved, my blanket was covering my face more and more. To the point where I couldn't breathe. Then I thought I woke up, so I got happy. I tried to get up but couldn't. I started to feel like I was floating and then I hit the floor and tried to scream but again, I couldn't. This was terrifying for me. Why is this happening? Like I said I've had this happen before but last night scared me so bad that once I woke up and ran for the door screaming. Please help (and also, while this was happening in my dream, I felt a pair of hands inside my head, massaging my brain.

My brother passed away three years ago. Ever since he passed away I started having the OBEs. I had maybe 6 in total including last night. They all shook me up a bit. But this one in particular really scared me. I tried to explain this to my friends but they think I was just having nightmares. I've read about this stuff before. My mom is a psychic but I don't like talking to her about it because usually when I bring up my brother it upsets her. I don't want to make her cry yet again. So now that I found this sight, I'm happy, and I really hope I can get some help here. I just want to understand why is this happening? Is it my brother? Someone did voodoo on me? (a friend told me that) stealing my soul? Demons? And also my bedroom was my brother's old room. And I have some of his ashes in my closet if it makes a difference.

Sure! It is actually a looooooong story which I'll put up on here on friday but I will give you the short version. Whenever there is a spirit, entity, or any of those sorts around, I get this pressure that is like a headache without the pain, just the pressure. It is usually worse if it is a entity with evil purposes that means me harm. Since I can not see them this is very useful to me and I have even tested it out to make sure I wasn't just having a small headache.

If this was what happened to you I would have guessed that some spirit intercepted and did something to mess you up purposely or on accident while astral projecting.

Mmm, sounds like your astral self kind of getting out of your physical self, but it did something wrong. Or probably has some kind of connection here that restricts you.
Honestly, I believe dreams are our astral selves (spirits or souls) getting out of our bodies at night, and the memory of the dream we have is a jumbled up documentary of what your astral self felt, saw, or experienced. I could be wrong -- but that is the best answer for me. I feel I am a bit claircognizant, (the psychic ability of suddenly recieving info that's not from your own mind, usually from angels/ spirit guides) so my answer is that as your astral self tried to get out and go into the usual dream mode, something obstructed it from going. And the experience was probably a bit jarring at first.
And don't be afraid about talking to your mother. She most likely has knowledge on this. If your brother is causing this, despite making her cry, realize both her and him have to move on. Try telling her about this without relating it to your brother if it helps.:)

Well when you asked about pressure, what was the reason? Can you please tell me?

I am not sure but I think you had astral paralysis which there is a few stories about it on this site. Also I read one post on how being around the departed helps awaken some abilities. That is all I will say since this now goes out of my area of expertise and I think it's better to give no information than wrong information. Best luck with them,

No...not pressure... It felt like an actual massage... Like I felt the fingertips kneeding it... So strange...I'm so scared... I just want to have a better understanding so in the future when this reoccurs I won't be as fearful.

I have to ask about that "massaging your brain " part. Was it king of like a pressure on you head and temples or a different feeling. I have a good reason for asking this.
