Recently, I have been seeing a young Chinese or Korean man in my dreams. (Let's call him 'Chen') Shortly after my second dream of him, a friend of mine told me that she had a vision of a young Asian man, and when I showed her a picture of the young man from my dreams, she confirmed that she had seen Chen in her vision.
I decided to venture out and try to meet Chen during spirit travel, and was successful on my first try. All the while, I have felt as if I know him very well, but am not sure how, since I have never met him before in my life. During my first encounter with Chen, he told me that we were very close friends long ago, and shared with me a memory of how we met. After I returned from that travel, I have been getting flashes of memory in my head from my past life, but I can't piece them together. I've spirit traveled to meet him several times since, and Chen is always there, waiting for me, and patiently answers any questions that I have, occasionally helping me recall a memory. During my latest spirit travel with Chen, I felt my spirit change form, and I became the person I was in my past life -- a tall, slender, young Asian woman with long, black hair.
Last night, I recall seeing a very large orb out of the corner of my eye, hovering over me. It was about one foot in diameter, and it appeared to me as orbs appear on photographs: a bright sphere with a ring of script on the inside. I believe that this orb was the spirit of Chen, but I am not sure.
I would really like to know if there is a name for this type of phenomenon, or if there is a cause for this to happen. Also, if anyone else has had this kind of experience, that would be nice to know. I am really in need of a reality check! Any comments are welcome.
