Lately I have been waking up with scratches and bruises on my body that seam to go away after about an hour. This has been happening for over a month now.
Three days ago, I was in my house alone and I heared what sounded like singing coming from my room so I went to investigate. When I opened my bedroom door I saw a figure standing in the corner of my room. I was frozen still. I finally got the courage to ask who it was, but there was no answer. I asked what it wanted and there was no answer. I asked again this time more forcefully, and it lifted its arm up towards me.
I panicked and ran back downstairs. That night I slept on the sofa and had a dream where the same figure that I saw, was standing over my bed. Then a light was shinig through the door and figure disappeared from sight. Then in the dream someone walked into my room. A girl walked into my room. I have never seen this girl before in my life and now I was dreaming about her? And since then every night I have had a similar dream with the same girl. The girl either gets rid of a spirit or is helping me get rid of a spirit. She also keeps telling me in my dream to shine my light so she can find me. Is she a ghost? Whatever or whoever she is she seams to want to help me. But how can I believe that she is real when she is only in my dream?
What does this mean? Am I going insane or is this really happening? Who was the girl?
I am really scared about this and need any help. If anyone has something that might help me please tell me.

The scratches and bruises that appear with an unknown origin are demon attacks, most likely a single demon targeting you, that singing figure from your room. It sounds like it radiated negative energy that scare you, and then continues now to feed off that fear.
Have you considered the possibility that the girl you could be dreaming of could be from the future? Someone you haven't met yet?
