Odd Events Occured In One Day?

First of all I would like to state i've never thought myself to be psychic or had any previous (what I can remember anyway) experiences.

Just two days ago, I fell asleep as normal around 11pm, I woke up roughly at 5am with my arms crossed over my chest and laying perfectly straightin the centre of my bed. Now when I say woke up, it was very odd. I could feel myself about to wake up, tried to and I just couldn't, until about 5 minutes of struggle passed and I opened my eyes. I thought this was very odd but I was too tired to question it so fell back to sleep.

The very same day I was at work, I work in an office and get handed paper work fairly often. I was just finishing a conversation on the phone, so not 100% paying attention to what was going on around me, and someone (or something) stood to my right hand side and I seen an arm reach over and put something on my desk. I finished my phone conversation and looked and nothing was there. So I asked my collagues who sit around me 'who just came to my desk? Like stood next to me?' And all my colleagues replied saying they did not see anyone at all. But I 110% saw someone and an arm handing something over.

One of my colleagues came to me a few minutes after and said 'this may sound strange, and I'm not kidding at all, but I felt a presence or something around you, it was very odd'.

So I was pretty freaked out. So far nothing again yet. Any ideas? Anyone had a similar experience?

I am very interested to know if someone is trying to talk to me in anyway, i've always loved the idea of being able to see 'more' than others.

My mother suffers from sleep paralysis also. It terrifies her to no end. She describes it as a feeling of helplessness because she is paralyzed and has an overwhelming sense of another presence. I really hope these things aren't happening to you.

Maybe you were coming out of sleep paralysis? I'm not too sure, this experience is a new one to me.
All I know, after you experience sleep paralysis, it is 99% likely that something starts following you or pestering you. You start to see things you might not be ready for.
Just be careful!
