The first time I had this experience, which was like a year ago, I was in bed falling asleep and the next thing I knew, I opened my eyes and saw this black figure... The figure was like my position looking towards me. I think it was a woman. I freaked out and I couldn't move or scream, then I started feeling this vibration in my head like an energy and could hear my mom scream really loud, when I woke up I was in the same position but nothing was there.

2 weeks ago I was laying in bed and I eventually fell asleep, and had a dream that I was in the bathroom in the dark staring at the stairs, I felt like a scary man was going to come up, while I was watching I tried to look another way and couldn't, and all of a sudden I saw him, he started walking up slowly staring at me with a pedo weird face... And as he was approaching me I couldn't do anything and the vibration was there again like some energy buzzing in my head, I couldn't speak or shout or move, then I woke up in bed in a position and still couldn't move but thought I was finally awake. Then I saw the guy at the corner of my eye staring down at me but could only see his figure because I couldn't move. And I was so freaked out... Then I woke up again in the same position. But he wasn't there.

What is it? And lately I'm just getting it more.

here is something else to consider- in this day of fiber optic houses and increased demand for electricity the energy in the wires feeding into your house can hum. Recently in salisbury, england (very psychically charged place) the residents took up a petition to get the wiifii lines removed because of "increased incidents of confusion, dizziness, nausea, depression..."
Residents heard a ringing in their ears after the lines were put in.

This isn't to say a vibrational frequency doesn't contain spirit info- just another option to the answer to your experience.

I have the energie sound with me all the time... I hear humming noises and thought first it came from a bee in the room...
There are different humming sounds but I can not make out what I should listen too...
I can feel this energie things and I have seen one and it did look like a jellyfish to me... But never be freightend as it will make them strong... You are the boss of your body and always have that in mind

The same thing happens to me. More than likely the spirit is trying to tell you something.
You should pay close attention to the buzzing because sometimes you can hear the message enveloped in it.

Fear and guilt are strong weapons against you. Fight them both. Recognize when you are feeling them which is not always easy. If you're kicking yourself over something a month ago, that's guilt and negative. Anyway, tell yourself that you refuse fear. Surround yourself with power and the white light of goodness. In life and in sleep, don't be attacked. No one has the right over you. Ever. They might be afraid of you for your otherworld stuff, but that's okay. It happens.

Mystic - I don't know, pretty ignorant in the spirit department, but it's all about vibrations in some way. Buzzing, can it be a vibration you have to hone into?

This is going to sound stupid, but think about it before someone replies what do you have to do. Ask them a question. SO, you ask the spirit yes and no questions and tell them to change their tone higher or lower for yes and no... This works most of the time. Sometimes I just get images from touching an item/place/space and I can't tell you how I do it. Sorry, hope it helps.

i get sounds like bees buzzing or some kind of insects sound like the one when it's after rain... Everytime I'm inside my house. Yes, I read that in one of the articles of paranormal books and they say that spirits are communicating but my question is, how could we understand what they're talking about when all they do are to buzz around only. You guys know how to interpret these buzzing sounds? Please share.

yea I know what you mean that happens to me a lot it started when I was about 10. I would go to sleep and I'd feel a vibration throughout my body, but I wouldn't be able to move or speak. It felt as if I was awake because I could see the exact channel on the television as when I would awake from it. As I got older the vibrations would come with voices but not distinct. It can be scary but I realized it doesn't go away. Though I'm still young I'm learning how to deal with it as well. A lot of times it scares me but as you I still don't know what the vibrations are maybe its a way of connection. Because it makes you feel like someone else is there

Today on the phone, the hub joked about the age of our computer and how it still is working. It must have lagged. Perhaps it should have. Sorry. I'm suppose to be at graduation parties this weekend and still have poison ivy. Sorry.

You might be on the brink of reaching that next level, the good one, and the bad one is trying to scare you. I've not had that, but flying fast scared me. I hear some hover and see themselves. Never here. Just zoomed. We all have our scary points. That otherworld stuff is dead. Ignore it. Reach for your power. It's not us but out there. Hopefully, you can touch it. It can make life here a little funky, weird or boring, or both. But people will like you. That can be another problem.

Yes, it can be spirits, but I get vibrations constantly. The things that you are feeling are spirits, but for me I feel every type of vibration. Which includes from certain wattage, tones in people's voices, the dead, inanimate objects like crystals, rocks, heirlooms, any object that has a past. Because every object has energy put into it, including man made products, that's why when I walk into any room I get vibrations good/bad from anything.

An example was when I walked into a room and four other women where in there. A white scarf was hanging on the door and I twitched because it was hurting me because of the pressure I felt. Luckily one of the intuitive ladies picked up on it and moved the scarf out of the room. She asked me why I did that? I told her it just gave me a negative feel, she said it was from one of her friends. I pick up on past things that I've never seen or felt, only because I know that everything is composed of energy.

If it has energy it has a story, and that is practically everything. Some only get spirits, but I think as time goes on you'll see that everything 'vibrates'.

yeah its when a spirit is there and like abilicous said they are trying to talk to you, because your only getting a vibration instead of the voice because spirits have a higher voice thing as us, and only some psychic can hear them, like when the spirits are sending a message to a love one or like that.

These vibration/buzzing sounds is the spirits. They are trying to tell you something. I know this because whenever there is a spirit is around the energy in the room (electricity and everything) gets loud. Its the spirits trying to speak to you.

I don't know sometimes I hear vibrations and look at my phone but it isn't my phone. Its just strange I wouldn't know why your getting a buzzing noise but maybe its because your scared cause when I get scared I hear that noise.
