Young Psychic?

When I was young, I told my mom I saw a native-Indian women with different colored spirits around her. I was 3 at the time, and how I knew these words was a mystery to my mom. Also, when I was very young, around the same age I asked my mom; "Why was I brought here? This place has so much hate and violence.", and I am just going to guess my mom stared at me for some time. My mother is very spiritual, and she believes in guardian angels, auras, and all of that sort of psychic stuff. Now, about 2 days ago, I decided to try to see auras, and I succeeded. The first day I tried, I saw the white inner aura, and then yesterday I started seeing auras in full color, on people, plants, and animals. I don't yet see them without trying, but I can see them. I tried to find out what my guardian angels name was, and what he/she looked like. My mother told me what to do, and she left me to it. She said it took here days almost a week to do it. I did it first try. I found it my guardian angels name, and what she looked like on my first try. I am trying to increase my range of psychic ability's, or finding out different ones. When I looked at my aura the first day, it was white. Second day it was gold. Now today, it's white again. I find this odd, as I did not know it would change colors like that accordingly. I have not tried meditation, as I don't know how to. This all just came to me, when I found out how to do it, and how it works. I found this website out, and found some interesting people, with high levels of psychic ability's. I want to know how I can cope with an ability's I may get, or how I can get stronger in the current ones? To end, here is my saying: Matter is energy, the other side of the coin. It can be manipulated, molded into it own shape or form. It can be pushed or used, created or destroyed. All of this, with just a little time.
