Young Child

I'm so glad I came across this sight! I've had a moment in my childhood that was just... I really don't know if it's psychic or what. Here's my story.

As a young child I would have these weird out of body experience. Everything became slow, I had this metallic taste in my mouth. No goosebumps, no staring out into space just a weird sensation kind of like going down on a roller coaster or flying in your dreams (if you ever experienced that) with a metallic taste and everything was very slow and I could see myself and everything. It would just randomly happen. Like playing outside and all of a sudden I would feel it coming on and be like, "oh here it comes again" Or I could make it happen just by thinking about the sensation and then it would really happen.

I neither hated or liked it. Never found it annoying but I didn't know what to make of it. I didn't know how to really describe it also. I never told any adults. But I would describe it to my friends but they didn't care.

Now as an adult it doesn't happen. Even if I think about the sensation cause I still remember it and how it tasted, still can't get that flying out of body experience/sensation anymore.

I don't know if it was just me physically growing as a kid and weird things happening to me or if it was, you know how they say kids are more apt to be "psychic" or something. I'm more of a skeptic than anything. But that was always an odd point in my life that I just can't put my finger on.
