My name is nixon. I am from Kenya. For the past 7 years I have been experiencing unusual situations when asleep.
The first one happened in 2012, second one in 2016 and third one happened this 6/1/2018.
In 2016, I was asleep then all of a sudden, I woke up and I looked back and saw my body still asleep. It was so real. Then I left the body and went to the window and tried to see what was going on. I was so confused. I looked at the sun and the sun was blinking so fast.
I ran to the bed and tried to wake myself up but I couldn't. I tried to scream but I couldn't. I was completely immobile. Both the sleeping me and the awake me knew what was going on but the asleep me couldn't wake up. I had never felt that before. It was like both of me was synchronized or something such that the both me could feel the same thing. When I woke up. I chose to assume it because mostly I didn't believe in spirits.
Then I experienced another today. Except that this one was more real and scary.
It started when I was dreaming. But in that dream, I was aware that I was dreaming then suddenly I woke up. As soon as I woke up, I felt someone coming quick towards my room.
I expected the door to be forced in but that didn't happen. Then I felt someone inside the room already. At the time, I had covered my head. I wanted to uncover my head to see what it was, but I couldn't. I was completely immobile.
I tried to scream but I couldn't. I wasn't scared anymore and I decided to wait and see what the person would do to me. Back in my mind, I kept shouting Jesus Christ.
Then all of a sudden I felt something like a cat beside my head. I tried to turn my head to see but I couldnt. Then finally my energy was restored and l turned to see and it was gone. Through out the entire time, there was a ringing sound like the one the machine at the hospital makes when someone dies.
I could feel and hear everything through out the entire time. I woke up and took my phone to check the time. It was 4:00am and I couldn't sleep anymore. It was so real. I don't know what it was. Does anyone experience such things or it was just me?

This is one of the main reasons I wanted to expose myself. Only to this forum that is. What you described is just like sleep paralysis. This is true. The one thing that got my heart racing was the ringing and the flashing. There is also the fact you were block from all your abilities and woke at a specific time.

This I would much appreciate and be so thankful for. I'm from California by the way. I know what fear that caused you. I myself have suffered something horrific and of the same nature.
