Psychic Told My Mother I Had A Gift

I guess this is more of a question/advice rather than a story. Recently my grandmother who my mom and I lived with passed away from cancer. She was psychic of some sort. Her grandmother was involved in witchcraft and my grandmother always was different to me. Loved her nonetheless. She had told me about a year ago when a friend of mine committed suicide and we didn't know at first but the town was searching for him and my mom thought he was okay but I had a gut feeling he wasn't and that night I told her where I thought he was but I didn't speak with him for months and somehow I guessed the exact location he was and my grandmother said I had a gift. I grew up with a lot of spiritual things happening in my home and I always had horrible nightmares of demons and such that would never leave me. My mom recently went out to a bar with her sister and they ran into a "sensitive" which I think is another term for something involving psychics, I could be wrong. She talked to my mom and aunt and continued to tell them things about my grandmother that passed and then my dog that passed shortly after. Out of the things she told my mom what stuck out to me was that she said your mother has gone to your son, he has a gift. I didn't say much when my mom told me because I keep to myself a lot with my thoughts but I don't know who to get actual information about this from so is there anyone on this site that can help me or give me some advice? This may be in the wrong section on this site but I just signed up and am new to this. Thanks guys.
