Can Anyone Shed Light On Some Of My Experiences?

I will start from the beginning! When I was really young around two or three, I remember I used to wake up in the nights and see a big screen-like image up above me slightly to the left, with a man who looked kind of like a doctor in there. From what I can recall it would appear most nights and he would tell me bad things which I can't recall and I would start having panic attacks and run into my parents room crying.

Other than that I have had no other negative experiences with spirits and such. They have even sent me presents now and again. When I was around the age of six or seven, I was crying in my bedroom over something or other and from thin air appeared a circle sticker with a sad face on there and when you moved it, it would change to a smiley one, that instantly cheered me up but I never saw it again.

Another occasion was around the age of 18. I was out in my back garden messing around and out of the corner of my eye I saw a blue light on the ground, I walked over, it disappeared and it was a stone with a star on there like a starfish fossil but different to any other I have seen on a beach and I live nowhere near sea. It was only slightly buried in to the ground face upright. I still have it by my bedroom window for luck.

I have seen one or two spirits but not for too long as they usually scare me since the first thing I mentioned. When I was nine years old I almost died from a ruptured appendix while I was getting rushed in for surgery. I remember going in and out of consciousness and seeing somebody all blacked out but with a blue light aura around them sitting at the end of my hospital bed.

The strangest things I have witnessed are: when I was about sixteen me a cousin and friend walked off from a group of friends for a wander but wasn't too far away, just a 2 minute walk on a golf course. What I saw that day is kind of hazy as we all had a little to drink but it was definitely a UFO. It was in a field directly in front of us, made no sound, went up vertically for a few seconds then zig zagged a few times and disappeared all over pretty quickly I may add.

If that wasn't strange enough a few years later I was watching TV here in the UK and the signal was pretty messed up on BBC 1 and BBC 2 but what was interesting was there was a third channel coming through behind one of the fuzzy ones and we get 5 channels on terrestrial television so I checked the others. They all worked but wasn't the same as the one blending through behind the dodgy signal. I turn the channel over to watch a program for a bit then change back to bbc1 and a face taking up most of the screen was looking back at me. I didn't see its lips just the eyes and nose area. It wasn't human but looked so much like us it had a wider head, freckles and had eyes like ours. The nose I can't quite remember and it didn't have eyebrows.

I remember that as it looked like it was snarling at me. The skin was very light grey and the freckles and irises were darker. I can't remember if it was broadcast in b&w or color though. I also haven't got a clue what happened next as I turned the channel over because it freaked me out proper at the time. I turned back over and it was back to being a dodgy signal on the two channels. I quickly ran downstairs, checked my sister's sky but nothing on there about other aliens. I told her about it she said maybe it was smiling at you, then I realized I missed a great moment by acting out of fear.

Another thing I would like to know if anybody else has had and could help me channel my energies towards sleep premonitions. I have had them since childhood. The more I age the more various types I have. It started with déjà vu. I have had it crystal clear for years from seconds to minutes, but now I have other sorts cryptic messages and see things that are just plain going to happen in the future. I saw my own daughter and I woke with that feeling deep to my core.

Other than that I had a mad dream two years ago where I was in a car talking to the driver. I said, "Did you just see that man?" And he said, "What man?" Then it appeared in front of him, he braked, and I flew out the window and felt ever tumble. I opened my eyes and saw a dark figure over me and thought I woke up and felt like my spirit fly out of my body and hit the floor in less than a second and in a feathery sort of way. I really did wake up then couldn't move at all and couldn't shout for at least two minutes. I looked at the gap under the door while trying to shout for help and saw the passage light turn on and off instantly and then I broke out of it. It turns out no one was around when the lights done that. Ever since then I strap up in a car.

Always wanted to try and communicate with my spirit guide (s) but find it hard to meditate anybody have any good tips for that? It would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time I know its a long read just had to get it off my chest.

sometimes I meditate through dance or song and find it easier to communicate with the divine element of the universe in that manner. Your spirit guide is always with you just quiet and calm your mind (don't get excited when you first start hearing things, stay relaxed it might take a while) If your really listen it will be surprising what you can learn and appreciate. All living things have a song, each person's song is beuatiful and unique. If people could understand and see and hear the world I see, I don't think they would help but love everything. At least that is my reaction. Peace, love and light to the site. I'm going to spend the day enjoying the world and read more stories later. Email me any questions or comments and I'll get back to you when the kids go down for their afternoon or evening nap:)

Thank you, yes I try to lean towards the Yang I like helping people if I see them in need and tend not to be materialistic... I only realised that over the last few years though, but I am a strong beliver in Karma and trying to find a balance in life.

I will take your advice on meditation as I would like to learn more I tried asking my spirit guide for a name once and they gave me: Elise, wouldn't of ever thought up that name really as being a guy I would have assumed it was a guy not a woman. My mother told me about surrounding myself in light and asking for help from the Creator (God) and Spirit Guides.

I wrote the article pretty late at night so forgive me if some of the situations aint explained the best.

But I would like to hear if anybody has had similar experiences aswell and how they have dealt with them.

With meditation, I find it difficult, for beginners, to meditate freely. There are cd's out on the market for meditation. You may find a "guided" meditation cd to be more helpful for you. They go through the breathing steps, absorbing the white light, and then continue to walk you through meditation by explaining the scenery and what you should feel or smell. I find it just as relaxing.

I hope someone who knows more will write. But lately, I've tried a little, to figure it out. First, balance is good. Life is meant to be lived and I hear a lot when busy. Learn to listen. Second, fear is a biggie, especially in astral voyages. If you find a strong spiritual connection and feel secure, it's easier. Stay away from the bad stuff, I dislike gross, violent movies because I don't like anyone being hurt. If you voyage, look for higher stuff, not the crude. Know that life isn't a piece of cake if you are sensitive. We all have to grow in our own ways, and everyone (no exceptions) messes up and takes their knocks. Some things will just be, even if you sense it or know it don't expect to be able to stop it. Look for needs and try to answer them. Be happy whether you get your way or not, and be grateful. It's how it is... Learn to look for connections and meanings. They exist.

Sorry - I always tried until a year or two ago to turn it off. I can't really tell you how to make it happen after all those decades of trying to ignore it. If it's real though, it doesn't go away. Not really. A little maybe.
