Lights Flickering In Home And Spiritual Occurances

Back in November my grandmother passed away on her birthday November 7, 2019 and my birthday was the following day on the 8th. A few weeks after she had passed peacefully, I was woken up at 3:30 in the morning after banging on my bed shelf and the crashing sound of my bedroom window breaking. I was looking directly at my closet laying in my bed unable to move and I saw the hangars in my closet were swing violently and hitting each other. The freaky thing was that I was sleeping as this was happening. I looked around and observed and found nothing out of the ordinary. Ever since then lights have been flickering occasionally and just happened this morning. Sometimes when I enter a room or stay in one spot for a while in the room the lights will flicker twice. I am not sure if its a sign from a good spirit or a bad one. Ever since the first incident I have been waking up to go to the bathroom at 3:30 every morning I am not sure if this is a coincidence or not. By the way the incident I described hasn't happened since. I began to do research and wonder if this has anything to do with the spiritual realm trying to reach me in their own way. I have been having more lucid dreams lately though. Sometimes I feel like energy is coming from the front of my forehead above my eyes. I swear sometimes I see dark shadows out of the corner of my eyes. A couple of days ago I thought I heard my grandmothers voice but not since then. Interesting huh? I feel like I am go through an awakening phase of my life and eventually things will work out the way I want them to like a job, wife, and kids. And I feel like I am having Deja vu more often.
