I've always been into the paranormal stuff. I didn't know why but I have just been drawn to it.
About two months (or not even two months maybe one and a half month) ago I found out I was an empath and ever since then it has been a different experience. I always new that I was different but wasn't sure how. I was at one of the other "Vendettababes" house and we were talking and it now all makes sense. I'm still working on getting used to everything and controlling my abilities. I don't have a totally long story like some people do but I do have something that I would appreciate help with.
A couple days ago (or weeks I really don't remember) I found a piece of paper in my room with "First I try screaming and yelling, then I try to knock down the door, if that doesn't work then I look for the key, if I don't find it I'll just curl up and die." Written on this piece of crumpled up paper. I was really confused bacause I have absolutly no memory of writing this ever. I tried my best to remember and nothing came to mind. I even asked my little sister if she remembered me writing it. But she was absolutly no help at all. She knows nothing about any of this. All she said was, " I don't know."
I would appreciate any advice on this. Also is it normal for me to have flash backs that I don't remember happening?
