Psychic Family?

Tonight, as I was eating my dinner with my family, we began to talk about a ghost that had previously been haunting my room. Shortly after, the conversation rose to my dad seeing ghosts (clairvoyance) and my mum having a dream about a priest dying (precognition). Furthermore, my sister has always been able to know when things are going to occur before they do (precognition) and I myself have them too so I am wondering as to whether my family could be psychic without actually knowing it? I have read on some websites that these abilities can be inherited but I am curious as to whether they would have known that. My dad has always been very skeptical about seeing ghosts and believe he was just "seeing things" rather than admitting to actually seeing a ghost.

One time, when I was about 7 years old, a ghost dog haunted a house that I had just moved into. Being a dog lover, we socialized daily as I supposedly saw and spoke to it. Later than day when my dad had found out, he called me a liar as there was no such thing as ghosts. Clearly, even as a child, this made me very angry. The next day my dad was working nights at the factory he works in and he returned home around midnight. He entered through the back gate that lead into the garden which is where he saw the ghost dog at the end of the garden. Tired form work, he had mistaken it for our family dog who was the exact same breed. He yelled our dog's name but the ghost dog did not respond. He entered the kitchen and turned on the light and once again yelled our dog's name. At that time our family dog woke up from sleeping on his bed and my dad realized this, he looked back into the garden and the ghost dog was gone. To this day, he still states that he was just "seeing things" although he is fine with my abilities although he is sometimes doubtful. I believe that he is just in denial as he night it happened, I had a dream detailing every movement as if I was there and I could assure anyone that he didn't look skeptical that night.

So is it possible for my family to be psychic and not realize it?

Psychic abilities usually do run in the family. Just like the movie: " The incredibles ", the abilities probably go on in your family for years. It runs in my family partly. They don't have it as strong as me. 😁

I've got a spirit dog it follows me all over the place! He's a good dog but pretty distrustful of other people, protecting me I guess. As for families my mother and father seem to not have had any experiences at all. My grandmother however definately did.

This is kind of what happened to my family and I. My parents knew about all of this, but would not tell us, their children. Until about a few months ago, when I finally told them what I was and they let me in on the secret. Sometimes understanding this is hard and painful, so don't rush it. Talk about it, and listen to each other, but don't push anyone to believe what you want them to. Good luck.:)
