How Do I Control My Gift?

Hey, I'm 16 and I don't know how long I've been experiencing things. But every time I go from my house to the end of my driveway I feel a bunch of things looking at me. Staring me down. I feel the need to present myself like I'm in public when I'm really not. I'm outside alone.

I've tried to communicate to whatever may be outside and I've gotten some answers. A lady told me her name and that her parents died. I'm just starting to experiment with what I have and I'm not sure what I should be doing.

If anyone could give me some pointers or tips that would be greatly appreciated.

I've also gotten communication through music. I was recording me playing keyboard one day, and when I replayed the track, there was a melody at the end that I've never heard before in my life. And I didn't accidentally press a button or anything. The melody actually sounds good too. It amazed me and freaked me out when I heard it.

Another thing is I also see extra shades. Sort of like if you take heat signatures and turn them into shades of grays. I always see these extra shades. I don't know what it is or if My eyes are just playing with me or I need glasses or something.

Also another thing (lol sorry I keep adding things) I've had something talk to me while I was in bed trying to go to sleep. All it said was 'psst psst' Like it was trying to get my attention or something. It felt like it was right in my ear.

I don't know how to experiment or take control of what I have. I need help. If anyone has suggestions or anything I would really appreciate it.

I think that shades you saw is what we called as aura... These aura can be seen from any objects or people...

Dinaer, I have similar feeling of presence in my room at night very frequently. The problem I have is that it keeps touching me. I ve tried many times to tell it to stop as it scares me, but it doesn t work 😢 Could give any advice on how can I ask it to stop? Thanks beforehand 😊

If you don't want to hear whispers or stuff in your ear just tell whatever spirit is there to go away. If you want to help them just ask what can I do for you, it works for me. Also I think it is good that you have learned how to communicate with them. It will make things a lot easier to understand. 😁

You seem to be able to see and hear spirits.
The "heat signature" sightings are common, and most people ignore them or pass them off as "seeing things". They're actually spirits, I get them all the time. At night they seem to be able to take more shape.

I hear them too, and especially at night it seems like they're whispering, sometimes closeby. I listen to them, with my ears and my mind alike, though I admit I've got much improvement to do:)

Just, don't ignore it or pass it off as fantasies. It's quite real, and to improve, I try to focus energy into my third eye every night before going to sleep, opening up my mind (when shielded) to these spirits and try to listen to what they're telling me.
Also, meditation helps mostly.
