it might have been the ouija board. But not every time a ouija board does something evil happen I have had many good experiences with a board as well as some bad.

She was trying to comunicate with you, 90% of the time a spirit just wants help, in the womans case maybe finding her killer?

Its also possible she wanted your life but I doubt it. Its more likely she just wanted your help.

What man may have cursed you, the spiritualist boyfriend? Am confused on this point. And why would he curse you?

first let me clear you one thing You doesn't related to your soul. Because of you, your sould got an identity.

Sometimes while you are sleeping, you feel like somebody holded you and sitting on your chest. You used to feel heavy burden on your chest and you wil not able to take your breath. You used to shout but nobody hear it. You try to move but in reality you remained like statue. You used to struggel very hard but in reality you remained without any moment.

If anybody touches you, it will helps you to get it out of that situation.

Sometimes we used to called it as nightmare.

I had experience of it. My mother and my grand parents showed me a solution for it. Whether you believe it or not.

By doing a simple thing we can get it out of it. Its not hard thing to follow daily. Just first wash your legs upto your toes without dry anywhere and your hands, when you returned home from outside immediately.

Look every place has its own energy. Sometimes it related to good and sometimes it relates to bad. We used to meet soo many people and used to go different places.

Scientificaly each person consists a different energy viration. Somebody got positive and somebody negative. As like as people, places also consists different types of energy.

As we travell different places and meet different people, there is a travell of energy from one person to another. Sometimes it will be good and sometimes it will be negative.

So when you returned home and gests rest ourselves by getting sleep, the gathered energy startes working on it way on you.

And the nightmare wil took place.

To get out all these things we should wash hands and legs while entering into home or while came back to home and before sleeping. Pray for your beloved god whom you love most before you go to sleep.

And do one more thing while waking up in the morning. While waking up close your eyes with both of your hands and remember the god whom you loved very much. Open your eyes without removing your hands from your eyes. Just see your hand plams for a moment and slowly removed your hands like sliding from your eyes to your heart, stomach etc. By this energy which you gets while sleeping will transmit to your body through your hands. And it will helps to in very positive way.

I had worst experience, when I shared it with my mother and grand parents they showed me the remede.

And I am sure it works.

Think positive.

If possible try to keep your mind peace and blank without any thoughts or any thinking and just keep concentrat on your natural breating for few minutes. If you can able to do it upto that time that matches the minutes with your age. Initially its very difficult and creates some pain like headache also. But no need to use of any medicien. It will be cured by itself.

You can do it on your convinent positure. But if you like to do it on the floor, you need to sit properly on any mat but not on bare floor and keep your back straight, close your eyes and keep watching the way you breath. Leave your breathing naturally as it does regularley as it.

You will get peace of mind and very peaceful sleep.

she could have stolen your life if you took her hand good thing you didn't! If you were attacked then there would be physical violence, clawing, bruises, ext. That is some story.

It sounds to me like she knew you at one point and was trying to tell you something. TO be honest, I don't get any other feeling about it. Was someone who you knew murdered, or did she think you were someone else? If you never knew her, perhaps she thought you were someone you weren't... Or she was too disoriented to tell the difference. She's definetely a negative spirit, though. 😐

maybe you should fined out who she is... Tthen try tlaking to her c what happened to her and why she is hutning. Oh I'm 11 I know who to tlak to ghost

Lots of bad things can happen with a ouija board if yo don't know how to use one properly. You have to close the board, say goodbye and thank whoever was with you, and you musn't use one alone. If you are going to connect with the dead, make it a safe way. You can do it by meditating by focusing on the flame of a candle, and imagining the person you want to talk to. That way, you can control who comes to you and stay safe.
And, you can also try telepathy (If you are telepathic, of course) try with your friends to see if they can tell what you are sending to them via your mind. Then, you could connect with the other side any way you want.

Why would the man curse you? Also, I think it could be the Ouiji board. Also, I thibk Kate is only right about the helping part.

The Ouija Board that's bad. Don't go near one and your mum and friends what are they doing are they stupid or what! There dangerous and they could be putting you in danger by playing with one. Yeah they can bring evil even demons. Sometimes I do think why do people think its fun messing with one! Cause if something like a ghost showed up or spirit they be shiatting there pants! Yeah that lady is a ghost/ spirit what ever she is a negative one she needs your help to show her the way!
