I don't know if I'm crazy but I can hear voices like just people talking but not in the room but like in my inner ear or head that is the best way of describing it, and the voices change. There are always at night right before I go to sleep my mom told me to do meditation but it doesn't help and kind of made it worse.

The voices are hard to hear mostly mumbling but I can get bits and pieces of them and some times my name is called and I'm not trying to imagine it either. And the voices are of men, women, and children, one time there were two men talking but I can't understand what they were saying.

I have heard the voices since I was a kid but now its happening more often. Sometimes I have dreams that comes true also and I have de ja vu moments a lot. Please is there some one that can help me.

Any thing people I need help my mother is sensitive and I think that I might be also and someone that can give me any answer I will take it no matter what it said.

I Don't know if I'm crazy, but I've been Experiencing something similar to what you're experiencing. There are times when I'm going to bed and for some reason I wake up to voices in my ear. But, here's the tricky part about it. It all began at home when I was living with my mom. At home I use to see many things, and the first night it happened to me I was sleeping and I woke because I started to hear many voices speaking all at one time, but the voices were all familiar, besides one voice which scared me a bit, the voices I was hearing were from the people living in my house (my family) but the one voice that was the dominate voice was the only voice I was able to hear clearly everyone else was a bit sloppy it was to hear to make out what anyone was saying. But I most certainly couldn't make out what the unknown voice was saying, I believe it was because I was to afraid. I would cry and pray to god but it wouldn't go away, the only thing that'd help me was taking my headphones and putting music on my ipod to fall asleep. Does anyone know what this can be? Or have experience anything like this? 😕

can you identify any of these voices? For example sometimes I hear my mother talking -or I should say thinking- or other people I know. If so, maybe you can hear their thoughts. Or it can be spirits that you hear. Why don't you try to concentrate on these voices and make out what they say. Then you could check with your mother and see if you have telepathy or sth.

I have been experienced the same exact thing twice this week. I'm curious if you have any problems breathing during this time?

What forms of meditations have you tried? For me personally what helps is to sit or lay quietly and just listen. I don't usually try to clear my thoughts. Well, at times I do, but sometimes I just let my mind wander. I don't try to control my thoughts and/or feelings while listening and/or envisioning... I let them roam free and see where it leads.
