After A Car Hit Me At Age 5

As I write this, it's 40 years after my incident of being struck by a car. I remember my out of body experience like it was yesterday. While being operated on I had a cold feeling. Lights were pointed at me. The doctors and nurses were working over me hard. Then the weightless feeling and seeing it all from above. In a instant I was going for the light. Someone in the abyss stopped me. An old man grabbed my arm and told it was not time yet. I had to go back and he was going to take me home. I woke up five days later in major pain. My brother and sisters were around my hospital bed. My mother was smiling at me with tears in her eyes. My appendix had ruptured while I was on the operating table. Several years later at the age of 14 It was shown to me once again in a dream. Since then I have been aware of my gift. When one crosses over, if they come back to the living world. Spirits will be more visible to them. For me the case is not seeing them, it's feeling their energy. Over the years many many times I have had these encounters. Sometimes they try to warn me. Other times they just want to send a message. They last message was to a co worker. I told him an older lady was present around him, in spirit. He thought I was crazy. The next day he told me a family friend had died at 2:30pm. This was the time I felt the spirit. She was close to his heart as a little boy. He wanted a grandmother but did not have one. So she agreed to be his grandmother. Love is a powerful force. The many times this gift has helped me and others around me cannot be counted. As well they should not. They should just happen. I will be open to them for those around me.

weld,

Interesting, If not a relation then perhaps a Guide... That fits in with your feeling of it being a Spirit who watches over you. Gut feelings can be the best thing when trying to determine the true 'nature' of a Spirit or Entity.

Thank you for sharing this experience with us.

Respectfully,

Rook

RookDygin, At that time, all of my grandparents were alive. The entrance was a place with so much activity. It was not like a door. It was just a huge massive ball of light. Many of these spirits were outside of it. Some were entering it not being stopped or slowed down. In my case I was approached by this elderly spirit. He took me by the arm. Then spoke the words to me. Nothing else was said. We all were not in the flesh. This was strange to me. It was like we were just outlines of energy. I remember looking at my arms, and hands. They were like looking at small lines of light. They could pass through each other. I thought that was neat. There was no pain, just a slight feeling of a cool breeze.

A very interesting experience, I have to ask this question... Were both your Maternal and Paternal Grandfathers alive at the time of your accident?

I ask because if either had 'passed' before your accident then it was their Spirit that returned you to your body. This would also explain why he watches over you, as he is a Family member, or at least the Spirit of one...

Respectfully,

Rook

It's my feeling it was a spirit who watches over me. Many spirits were present there. Each of us have one that watches over us. Some of us have more then one. I can't say who he was by name? I just knew too trust him.

that is very interesting. I am technically a kid still and I believe in God. Who do you think it was who took you home, that part struck me like lightning.
