Psychic Attacks In My Sleep And While I'm Awake

This is a description of what I'm going through - recently and for about 8 months - an ex girlfriend - through taboo methods (I presume?) - contacted me telepathically - from then on - I've been experiencing paranormal activities. She smothers me verbally through telepathy (I think or psychic attack?) all hours of the day, and at night I experience, and am still experiencing vivid dreams that awake me from my slumber; I've become very sleep deprived because of sleepless nights, I do not feel tired but I'm up for over 40 hours and with only 6 hours of sleep with each 40 hours passing, my sleep schedule is out of the norm, I am up at strange hours, I can't keep focus, it feels as if my frontal lobe is being overly stimulated, I have these random thoughts that are always negative randomly pop up, I have a negative opinion on every little thing I come into contact with even though I'm not a negative person naturally, she constantly tries to put me in a state of fear or panic and then I can sense, for some reason, that she is somehow siphoning memories. I find it very hard to live life when everything around me triggers memories correlating with people I love, I have no sense of privacy to and for my thoughts, she can hear my every thought, I feel stripped of my dignity because of my most private and intimate moments being exposed to her. I've tried prayer, I've tried researching on how to protect myself from psychic attacks on the Internet, and have used techniques that are supposed to protect supplied by me from various websites but to no avail.
