I've Been Interacting With Spirits Nearly My Entire Life

Ever since I was a small child I have been seeing "spirits" I guess. They are everywhere and they send me messages they can show me things and they can speak vocally as well. I have been grabbed, hit, scratched. A lot of them will tell me or show me how they died, they give me names and sometimes they come to me in my dreams and among numerous other things, they show me things or have me experience things that happened to them. I have had one that has followed me off and on since I was about 6, he appears as a tall dark shadow with eyes that catch light and almost reflect it. His energy feels so much different from the rest of them and he does not always have the same form. He has come to me as a little boy, as a woman and as this dark figure. As I type this there are 3 in my room that I can either see or sense. The little girl is the most prominent as she has given me the most information. Her name is Sarah, she is 13 and I don't know how to help her. I don't know how to help any of them, most of them know they're dead so it's not like in the movies. The one's that are not aware of being dead are almost like a time stamp, like I'm being allowed a little glimpse into the past or something? They carry on like nothing ever happened. There is a woman in my kitchen that does that, I always hear her humming and tinkering around. She notices me but doesn't seem to realize that I'm not supposed to be in her world. She often does things that a mother would do such as pat my back or try to play with my hair, she asks me if I'm ok and tells me to be careful. These are only 2 out of hundreds maybe even more than that. I see new ones everywhere I go, not all of them make such a big impact on me or stick around for long but I need advice. Anything anyone has to say is great. Is this common? Does anyone else experience these things? What am I supposed to do? Why does this happen? Why can I see things? What is going on basically. Any info would be amazing and I can elaborate on anything if need be. Thank you so much
