Like Transparent says, just talk to them. Hearing them back may be a bit more difficult, so just meditate and try and raise your vibration to a higher level. Hope this helps:)

Just talk freely; they're always listening. And whatever you feel deep down or that small little voice in the back of your head, that's usually them and if you can't hear or feel anything, they'll find a different way to communicate with you.

Thanks transparent to the world that really changes my mind on a few things. Also, how do I talk to my guardian angel?

I'm new to this psychic thing, mainly due to the fact that my family has been keeping it a sceret from me my entire life, but I feel like I've spent a lifetime knowing about my extraordinary gifts. Some of us can't see ghosts, and I too can only see shadows. What you're explaining was only the first stage of things that I can do, and your gift only gets better and bigger over time:) I'm glad to see that you keep religion in mind, and trust me I thought the same way when I was just beginning to realize my ability. At first I thought that I was sinning everytime I used my gift, but I learned that I could use my gifts as a way to help and protect people. And do know that witchcraft isn't exactly forced upon you; you have a choice to believe in what you want to believe and so does every other psychic. Your guardian angel is always watching over you, so never worry; God is always there.

The thing is I am very christian. I've been trying to get close to God more and I know that witchcraft and things that have to do with demons are a sin. So won't I be sinning if I try and connect more with it. Also, I don't know what a guardian angel is and I haven't talked to mine.

You sound aware, but not entirely possessing an ability or so yet. With the song thing, I imagine it would be a very low-level telepathy ability, resulting in a type of puppet-mimicking. Do you like music? In general, the instruments, listening to voices reach notes and send messages, and finding new music? I imagine listening to music must activate something inside you to listen for other frequencies in the search for even better music.
With the lying thing, I imagine it must be another low-level telepathy ability or even your ears are so finely tuned, you can distinct the difference in a voice when lying and telling the truth.
So my advice for development is a lot of meditation and tea. Do you like tea? I don't know, tea has always brought me to another level of serenity, and I feel it is alive. It helps to calm one down. I usually drink peppermint.:D (& feels like old person D;) ...Lol.
With meditation just focus your energy into reaching a higher-level vibration. I'm a pretty experienced medium and psychic, and we all must prepare for the upcoming trials, so I think it's great more and more people are becoming aware. Also, if you can, talk to your guides. They have lots of great advice with these things. If you can interact with your guardian angel talk to her/him too.
