Strange Sensations When Meditating?

As of lately whenever I begin to relax while meditating, I begin to feel a strange tingling across my chest. Sometimes I feel this in my face or on-top of my head also. I only get it when I meditate, could this be a sign of an awakening of some sorts? I have read about kundalini experiences but was not sure if this could be contributed to it. It isn't really painful just an odd feeling, almost like when your hands or feet "fall asleep." Does anybody go through this as well?

I have always had a heightened sense of things and a strong spiritual side to me. I guess it is due to my creativity. I was wondering if I should support these feelings and if it will bring about an awakening within myself? Also, what type of "exercises" could I do to hone my psychic potential and broaden my awareness? Any information would be very appreciated! Also, I receive premonitions occasionally.

How could I increase their occurrence? They are usually metaphors for things that occur the next day or sometimes are literal conversations I hear in my dream that happen the next day or following week. Is there any way I can increase the occurrence of these? They're interesting and fun to experience! I am very open-minded about all of this, I feel like they are gifts from God! They almost always come in the form of dreams, I don't know if that means anything.

Also, one of my friend's who sees auras said mine was Lime-Green. What does this signify? I didn't know if that had anything to do with my intuition. Thanks:)

I have experienced tingling sensations too. I would say you probarbly do besides when you meditate, it's just that when you meditate you are more in touch with your own body. So the more you practice this the better. I would like to meditate more, perhaps you have any recommendations?
A lime green aura is a creative aura, (possibly music and travel) and as you say may be to do with you being creative yourself, so you see you are more intuitive than you think.

There are some tips under the Articles section of this website.

That's just one but think "vibration". The next realm is oscillating just a few frequencies outside our normal field of vision, hearing, touching and seeing. To increase your vibrations reduces the gap. So think about what you're eating (lighter foods are better), what you're consuming (alcohol or other substances that may lower your vibration), how you feel towards others (love is a fine vibration, hate is a dense one), how much you meditate, light work, crystal use, chakra work, etc. Basically, how much do you want to put into this?

As far as the tingling, sounds like your chakras and energy points are opening up. Good work.
