Does My Culture Have Anything To Do With What I See?

I am 14 years old (female) and all my life I have been seeing things before they happen. Usually when something really bad is going to happen I will have really bad nightmares about the situation, and they are super detailed. When I wake up I can remember everything so specifically like it really happened, then about a week later it really happens. Some nights I will have a dream and see what happened in my dream on the news the next morning. I am native American and I come from a family of psychic abilities. Do I have them? For example my grandpa a year ago died a week before he died I had dreams he was going to die. I knew it I could look at him and say his time was up. A week later he died and that night I had slept perfectly fine. Most of my family knew it was going to happen as well. Sometimes we even have the same dreams. I have been told even by a tarot reader that she could sense I had the knowledge to know. I didn't believe her. She told me that I was part of the immortal which really scared me. I can pick up on spirits but I know when there around I can feel it, it seems like they want to talk or have something to say I'm not paranoid and I have been told that I can have the ability see the future and talk to the other side. When someone is around my ears will pop & hurt its gets hard to breathe like something pushing down on my chest. And they say it's because I am a native I can see and feel these things it's just a part of my culture. It really confuses me could someone please explain this to me clearly. Mediums say they can feel my presence when I walk in a room. When we have powwows the elders always stare at me like I know something. I always feel like something is watching me as well or something is constantly with me I just can't figure it out. I'm scared and confused.

Hello, I am thirteen. I am looking for answers myself. I have had a dream of a murder the night before it happened, and a dream of a book I read about two years before I read it. (a scene)

If you find any answers could you email me at: Haley_Hamsandwhich [at] yahoo.com please?

I am really looking for what you are looking for and I don't see any messaging on this site.

I get a lot of premonitions in dreams that come true. But a lot of them dreams I can't really change the things that will happen and sometimes id feel a bit helpless. But I don't really let that get me down though because all that I can do is talk to a good friend or family member on the thing that might happen.

Also being able to feel as if something is nearby you probably could be a sensitive. A sensitive is a person that can feel emotions or energy from others and that probably includes spitual energy too. Your culture probably doesn't have anything to do with the things you see. There are a lot of people that experience the same thing. Always keep in mind that you are never alone.

I have no doubt you have psychic abilities and it definitely helps to have a receptive culture. If you can, get yourself a dream journal and keep track of your dreams. Years later you will find them amazing to read back on. How cool to have powwows. I'm part Cherokee and Blackfoot but unfortunately had no immersion in the culture but my step mom is almost full blood Native American and she's the best remote viewer I have ever witnessed.

Hopefully you can move past your fear and confusion. It's normal to be psychic for we all have souls that transcend time and space. Keep doing what you're doing (educating yourself, doing research, get a journal, talk to your elders, etc) and you'll really take this to the next level.

Thanks for sharing.
