Is My Young Daughter A Psychic?

My 9 year old daughter claims to see spirits of other kids. It started when she was 2 or 3. She atarted talking about two kids a boy and a girl named Sammy and Tammy. I must admit it did scare me, but I started to talk to her and ask a lot of questions. She stated that they came to play with her at night, but instead watched her sleep. I asked her where they lived and she told me that they lived in the mountain in a beaver dam. I would have blown it off to a child's imagination except for the fact the property next to ours has a beaver dam in it and she didn't know that or has she ever been to it. She can explain in full detail what they look like, what kind of clothes they wore. Everything was good for a while until we bought a house and two years later it has started again. She claims to see 7 different ghosts all under the age of 15. One is a girl with a bunny, one is a 3 year old with no hair, two are boys ages 14 and 7. The other 3 she doesn't talk about much. She says they don't talk just stand there and look at her. She also hears something tapping on the windows of our house and the other night she heard a growl. She was really scared and it took me a couple hours to calm down. She has also seen a gray mist in her room and when she walked through it she got z blast of cold air from it. Today she heard someone say " let him do it" as her and her little brother were arguing over who was going to tell a story to their daddy. I am trying to keep a open mind about this because if she is psychic then that is her gift that makes her makes her special. I don't want to see her scared and upset. I can't chalk this up to tv because we don't have one. If anyone can tell me where to go for help to see if she is and help her control her gift, because I have no idea where to go for help. I will be thankful. I don't want to see her scared anymore like she was the other night. Thank you.
