For as long as I can recall, I have always seen shadows, but unlike most experiences I read about, mine rarely have a difinitive shape. I see these shadows any time of day or night, but if it is dark, they seem more pronounced. These shadows have led me to be wary of reflective surfaces, particularly mirrors and windows, because that is when I tend to see the clearest shapes. These shapes are not always human.
Based off of what little research I have been able to do over the years, and the vibrations I recieve, I believe that these are spirits but I am not sure. Most of the time, especially during the day, I get nuetral vibrations. However, at night, the vibrations I recieve are stronger, and tend to be more negative. I do occassionally recieve strong positive vibrations, but primarily what I experience is negative. None of these shadows seems to want to cause me physical harm, but this does not stop them from coming very close to me, and creating uneasiness and fear. I try to ignore the negative shadows, but if I am alone, it is very difficult.
The times when I am most unnerved are when I see these shadows on reflective surfaces, where they can be more clearly viewed, and give off stronger vibrations.
Also, I have done smudgings, but this does not prevent my seeing shadows, or keep the negatives away for long.
For the record, I am rarely alone, so I am not worried for my safety, especially since they have never harmed me. I would just like to know more about what I am experiencing, and hear what you think these shadows may be, and why they choose to hang around.

Human and jinn is quite similar - have gender, have personalities, can be good or bad, talk, walk, use senses, have primary needs, have family, cry, feel love, hatred, jealousy, pain. But with several differences. Which they are:
-Magic abilities (something that ordinary human can't explain)
-Longer lifespan (10,000 years+)
-Way of eating (smell)
-Physiology (can shapeshift to anything, very subtle body)
-2x more powerful senses.
-Don't require lighting to see
Knowing that you have one jinn who's been following you, it would be very nice to teach the jinn holy words. Such as "hallelujah" or "La ilaha illa Allah". Let the jinn say it by himself/herself. At first they will feel burning, after several times of repetition, they will be okay with it and no longer feel pain. They will thank you later on who've granted him/her the most beautiful light the jinn will ever witness.
In this world there are only 2 types of God's light. The bright white aura and the bright golden aura.
Golden by saying hallelujah
White by saying la ilaha illa Allah
In terms of God's light. There is no language barrier. In any language, any religion are the same outcome if inside your thought is directed to God. Certain words emit either one of this light. Even though one is not officially religious but has the intention to seek God, same outcome your face will shine a bright white light. So actually you're not required to officially must have a religion to receive God's light. Religion is just for those who are interested about the previous spiritual experiences of the ancestors.
Most disbelief of God come from lack of 6th senses which most of human weren't born with. If they can see the reality that is invisible to them. They will feel living in this world is horror. They will be able to see scary creatures which can't be touched and they will see uncountable number of huge spotlights patrolling constantly around the sky with no end.
The reality is actually right in front of your eyes but they are just plainly hidden from your sight. Even me, my eyes can only see until certain level of angel realm. So not the whole realm is visible. Some of you would think that I can see all, no I can only reach certain level and beyond that is unreachable.
Let me give you an analogy of the truth of reality which you can't see. There are 3 realms but in one existence 1 2 3. Human can see realm 1 only the rest are blocked from the sight. Jinn can see realm 1&2 with 3 is blocked form the sight. Angel can see the entire realm. This is what they are intended to be with their own errand. You don't know that our nature is controlled by uncountable number of angels right? So I let you know. If you can count the number of angels above our sky, you are a God. Angels are not too far from our clouds. Just relax your eyes and watch a cloud at single point, it will appear. In a form of huge spotlight made from white light with height from sky to ground. We still have the idea that angels are fairytale right? Hahaha I know right. For me, angels are over there looking at earth from above the sky.
If you're also able to reach that level of realm penetration. That's good. You will be one of the people who understood that angels are not a fairytale.
Let's go back to jinn thingy. Be friend with a jinn is no problem as long as the jinn is religious. They will not going to harm you. I also have friends from jinn race but we don't talk much. I usually talk with them to give advice to become a good person. But still can't hear their saying. Either I hear nothing or I get buzzes in my ear. Those buzzes are the sign they are talking to me but my ear wasn't able to capture those frequency.
When you've reached equilibrium state where brave overlaps fear and you gain deep understanding of jinn, the next time you see your friends talking about ghost, you will be like *yawn*. Hahahahaha really. This is true story.
