Sleeping In A 2nd World

This story may break some of the To you, but I don't care, I really just need someone's opinion on this. I am just starting to suspect that I may have some sort of increased intellectual or psychic awareness in the things that surround me. It sounds odd, but based on what had been happening to be lately, that's the only other thing I can think of this story is rather long, so please finish it and read if you have time, sorry!

This started happening ever since I was very young, and it always happens at night. The first ever incident happened when I was 10. I woke up one night to my brothers voice, who was 8 at the time. Back then I slept with the door open, not anymore though. As soon as I woke up, I turned on the lights, and even with the lights on I couldn't see him, he was just a figure, not a shadow, but a solid figure, and was completely black. I knew it was him because of his voice and because of the shape of his body. After I turned on the lights and went into the hallway, where he was sitting on the floor, he started saying, "Hey Nick, Nick! Come over here, come over here and go look out my bedroom window, *he then laughs *, Dad is waiting outside for you." I said, "Ben what are you doing still up? Go to bed!" I go to his bedroom, and look out the window, no one is there, I hear some snickering again, and that made me mad, so I went to where I saw him in my hallway and he wasn't there. So I went back to his room where he was sleeping and woke him up. I don't know why I never questioned why he was sleeping until I woke him up. I woke him up and as usual, his eyes were bloodshot and he was mad and confused that I woke him up. Now I was scared... I went back to my room, closed my door, locked it, went under my blanket, prayed, and forced myself to sleep. What exactly was I talking too in the hallway? That was incident 1.

Incident two happened at a sleep over. I was sleeping and directly across from me was my brother, I looked diagonally down at him and saw a man standing above his head. This man was again, just a figure, and he held his hand out over my brothers head, palm down. He just stood there for about 3-4 minutes, sooner or later I started feeling something at the top of my head, I got scared and acted like I was asleep like my life depended on it. That was in in incident 2.

The third and final incident is a transition from childhood occurrences into modern times. I am going to be 17 soon, and ever since this third incident I'm about to describe happened, things have been happening on a daily basis.

When I was around 14 I had a dream that even to this day I can describe perfectly. In my dream I was sleeping on my stomach. I was sleeping on my stomach and could feel someone standing at my bedside behind me, watching me. Whoever was standing there was tall. The person standing there was me. I was watching myself sleep and at the same time was feeling the presence of myself standing behind myself. Its as if I was a ghost and had one of those feelings where you could feel someone's eyes on you. But the eyes on me where my own, but this was different, the feeling was more intense then what an average person would feel at night alone in their kitchen. I was watching myself sleep, and had one single thought, "This is so f***ing weird."

For the last 3 years I have been living with small sometimes major daily occurrences of what seems to be like paranormal/ psychic activity. I would get feelings like someone is sitting next to me, even though I'm alone. I thought maybe there's something wrong with my sense of feeling, so I tested this by sitting next to real people, then by myself, but nope, it's as if I had an invisible friend who's goal was to creep my the hell out. That would happen every day, plus I would have some pretty intense dreams. Lately I've had two dreams that really scared me. The first dream I had I was in my house and was looking for my mother. Instead I found some lady. She had ugly grey skin, and I was scared she was in my house. As soon as she saw me she ran. And almost instinctually I ran after her. She ran outside and followed. At one point while I was running I found a handsaw and picked it up. As soon as I caught up to her I tackled her, and will all my strength I hacked at her neck with the hand saw. The 2nd hack broke the blade, and seeing this, the lady grabbed me and bit my leg. I felt every second of the bite as if it was for real, and it burned like crazy. Wounded, I limped backed to my house, where she followed, she tried to get inside, but I closed the door just in time to stop her. I closed the door on her arm. I woke up the next morning, and in the exact same place where she bit me, I had a scar. I remember getting this scar during a fall, I was just minding my own business when I fell down the stairs in my house and landed on one of my little brothers sharp toys. I had never seen that lady in my entire life.

My 2nd dream happened just last night. I went to bed really late, and forced myself to stay awake longer because I was scared. There was something in the corner of my room waiting for me to fall asleep, I could feel it. My eyes were getting heavy and I was staring at the corner for about 20 minutes, then out of no where I blacked out and fell asleep. I had another dream. And in this dream I was back in my house. I was in my parents room trying to figure out how I got there when I saw someone in my parents bathroom. She appeared to be a ghost. She was wearing modern day plaid pajama pants and just looked at me from the darkness of the bathroom. I looked back at her. She appeared to be friendly and pretty young too, like maybe 20. Again I have never seen this person in my life. I walked away and never saw her again. I walked into my kitchen would I could see as many as 10-15 people looking into my house. They were looking through my blinds and door windows. I freaked out and ran up to my room again. The dream ended with me changing my clothes, going to bed with the same feeling of someone standing behind my back, and in my mind it was the girl I saw but I don't know.

Those were just some of the stories of things that have been happening to be for half of my life. Can anyone tell me what this means? If it helps at all, my great aunt is a confirmed psychic, and my family tells me that she can see the future and speak to the dead. She lives in Cuba, and isn't welcome in the states, or near our families for reasons my parents wish to keep from me. Is this being psychic? I considered schizophrenia, but that's not me. Sure I've seen stuff some stuff, but that was a long time ago and has stopped since. Any opinions would greatly help an be appreciated.

* Also, after an extreme dream like the ones described I would always wake up physically weak, more tired then I was when I first fell asleep the night before, and as far as feelings of someone being there when there not, not my brothers now 14, and 11, also get the same feelings, but I have not talked to them about anything else.

The one of the out of body expirience, I expirienced that recently. Those are very dangerous. If there is something there with you while you have one of those, I'm really afraid of what can happen to anybody in that situation. I don't know what would happen, but just be careful.

I know the feeling, I had worse than that. I was 13 and I was playing cards with my older cousin and she said that if I put a card of a knight under my pillow I will dream the man I love. Silly little girl I was, I did it. I woke up around 4am and saw a shadow coming from the window (I was 100% awake becuase I was seing the clock on the tv) that shadow had a shape but no face, nothing I could recognise. I couldn't move and it came on me and started to take my breath away. I wanted to scream for help but couldn't, I was praying and screaming in my head. After 3 minutes it left and I fell asleep imidiately even though I tried to stay awake. I saw my cousin in my dream coming on me the same way and smiling, I left all my guard down and smiled back saying, oh! It was just you, but then everything turned to black and so my cousin and started to try and kill me again, somehow I managed to scream and wake up everybody, then it left. This has happened to me 3 times. It scares the hell out of me. My dad who is very religius says they are demons, my mom who is an astrologist say they are bad spirits. Either way it's the same thing looking from a different prespective. You are lucky that what you see is friendly, and as long as it stays that way you have nothing to fear:)

The reason you wake up tired after having extreme dreams like those above because you have spent energy to "travel" in these dreams. Having dreams, especially those realistic and vivid ones, are tiring and energy-draining. The more powerful the dream is, the more energy it takes to experience it. Dreaming is similar to "seeing"; it is like using any other psychic power, it takes energy to conduct.

Do you think it is astral projection or a lucid dream? It sounds like a lucid dream to astral projection to me.
