How Can I Develop My Ability?

I can manipulate energy, but only in people and electrical appliances. I wanted to know how to practice/develop my ability without hurting anyone or breaking anything. I try to practice but it only works for like a minute or two.Sometimes, it seems like my ability has a mind of its own. I've randomly given people headaches, caused computers to stop, and etc. I don't mean to do any of this. My friends one of my friends is a pyro while the other is a pyro. Three girls sitting at a lunch table throwing energy balls that can't be seen. We would look crazy.

We always try to get together but someones always busy. I just wanted someone to give me a little advice on how to control it. Its really bothering me.

I also have some questions:

.Could having three different abilities practice together a really bad thing?

.How can I see my psi ball (I can see the energy, but no color or anything)

.Is it normal to see energy?

.Is there another name for my ability

.Would you call me a: clairvoyance,clairaudience.etc.

.How could I use these abilities in a positive way?

.Am I electro kinetic?

This information would be very helpful to me. Also are their any tools or card I could use develop my ability. My two friends and I are also slightly telepathic. We communicate with each other. I was just wondering if this could have anything to do with my ability. I have checked so many websites about it but I just can't figure out why. I have so many question and hopefully this experience shows all of them.
