Seeing Small Auras Floating Around

I see small little aura shapes floating and then disappearing around places and people for quite a long time. I want to know what they are and what am I supposed to do with it. They are like glowing auras that float around at people making some strange shapes (sometimes they are shaped like mockingbird, dolphin, a ballerina twirling, eagle, etc.) and they come in many small sizes. I remembered one time when I woke up seeing thousands of those things all around my room but they are all black, swarming around like oxygen. I close my eyes and open them and they all turn into like thin glowing strings like confetti 🎊 (and like a silver color). Please comment because this has bothered me for a very long time.

Also one more thing, everytime I close my eyes I see like veins in my eyes (or something like lightning strikes) flashing every time. And I also see many weird things like glowing red eyes (only happened once when I was bout to go to sleep) and sometimes even when I face the television or any electronic device I look up and see swirling lines.

I have tried looking at what I really saw but nobody seems to have given me answers and they all think I'm crazy and that I'm just hallucinating but, I believe that I'm not crazy and hallucinating because I believe in this stuff and I am really desperate for this article to be answered.
