What Does It Mean?

I can tell when something is going to happen. Let it be bad or good. Just last year I was in my grand-dads house telling him and my cousin about my experiences. But I suddenly said to him "your phones going to ring" he looked at me and was about to laugh but just then his phone started ringing. Also in his house I was in the bathroom he was a sliding lock on his door. Just as I sat down the lock started going crazy like someone was unlocking it. It kept flipping up and down everyone was downstairs I was the only one up-stairs so I was really freaked out. You can only lock it from the in-side so there's no way someone could be messing with me. This went on for at least 5 minuets before it suddenly stopped. I didn't take any chances and just bolted out of the bathroom and down the stairs. Stuff has always happened around me like if I\'m in a room something would get knocked over when no ones around. The last time I remember something that bad happening is when one night I was watching a movie in my room when suddenly everything on my window sill came flying off perfume bottles, lotions ect... Also when I was younger I would be lying in bed about to go to sleep when my body would go ridged. It would start shaking really bad and I would trash about I had no control over my body this happened at least every few months until I was at least 12. My sister witnessed one of these times and she didn't know what was happening she had to call my parents when my parents came in. It stopped and I was calm again. Also if I'm in the house alone I will hear people walking around the hallway and noises from downstairs. I have also walked by a mirror a few times and saw something that definitely wasn't me. I have become immune to most things that freak out other people. Sometimes my parents would bring me somewhere and I wouldn't like the feeling I get when I'm near there some times I would start crying and screaming so much so I wouldn't have to go in. I don't know why I do that sometimes. I sometimes hear voices that I don't recognize. Last summer a friend and I where in a castle that was suppose to be haunted we didn't believe it but we still went. I got a really bad vibe from some places in the castle while others were fine. There was a fire exit door and for the laugh we yelled down it. We heard a rumor a girl called shara died there 100 years ago. We yelled down "shara you down there" we didn't expect to hear something back but a small voice whisperd up "...yes" it didn't belong to my friend I knew that for sure she didn't seem to hear it but I did. I backed away and my friend looked at me and said " are you alright?" I told her I heard something she said there was nothing there. We went back later and did the same thing but this time nothing happened. So why can I see and hear things others don't? Am I crazy? Also I will sometimes be somewhere very warm when my arm will get shivers and be really cold like someones touching it. It's happening right now. So tell me what's going on please if you have any ideas.

I have a 7 year old son. As I was driving to take him to school, he told me he had something to say to me. He said that the night before, he woke up in the middle of the night and saw a person wearning a black coat with a hoodie (was his discription) and was holding a stick with a curved knife. He was sitting criss cross (indian style) next to his dresser. I automatically thought of the grim reaper. It really freaked me out a bit because I had seen the same thing about 12 years ago, right before my mother-in-law passed. He said that he put his head under the covers and prayed to God, saying he was thankful for his life and that he was happy he was being kept safe. He then stuck his head out and opened his eyes and the "person" was no longer there. The thing is, is that it is not the first time he mentions something that he feels or sees. I'm not sure how to guide him through this. He asked me if I believe him and I do, but I also explained to him that there is a big difference between fantacy and reality. Not too sure what the right words are to help him through this.
