Glowing Green Eyed Man

Preface: I am not spiritual, but have been off and on the journey before. I do believe I am a little psychic.

This morning around 5am I kicked my cats out of my room and I was crawling back into when I feel like I immediately experienced sleep paralysis. I don't even remember falling asleep. There was a man, about 5'8 wearing a normal shirt, jeans, and a necklace standing against the wall next to my bed. He had bright glowing green eyes. He wouldn't make eye contact with me; he would avoid it by rolling his eyes away from mine, but I couldn't look away. A trace you can call it. Eventually we made eye contact and when we did he got this devilish smile and his third eye opened (middle of the forehead). It was bright green as well except it started to spin. I don't remember falling asleep, I just woke up with my heart pounding and being incredibly confused. It's so blurry, yet I remember it perfectly. Like I only remember bits and pieces. I even checked my carpet for footprints because I could've sworn there was a man standing there 2 hours prior.

Nothing on googled really helped explaining who it was. People say entities with glowing green eyes are referred to as " shadow people", but he wasn't a shadow person. He was as human as you and me (all except for the eyes of course).

Google did help by helping me realize I was receiving signs. I have been seeing 12:34 every day for the past 6 months, I took a photo of a perfect blue speck of light, looked like a star, I just wish I didn't delete it. It scared me so I immediately deleted the photo. I have sensed a presence as long as hearing my name being said last week by a man as I was falling asleep.

At this point, I am not sure what to do. If anyone knows what is going on or if this has happened to you, please help me.
