Guardian Angel

I was hoping some like-minded people might comment on my experience. I have had various experiences and don't know what to think of them. It's relatively new to me. When I was a young teenager, I awoke suddenly in the night and saw a young man sitting by my bed, staring at me. He was a blue hazy colour. As soon as my mind registered what I was looking at, I jumped and it went away.

In the same house, I have seen (many times) a black shadow out of the corner of my eye. It is always in the same part of the house. My sister says she has seen it too. The room is always eerily cold.

Also, since my grandfather passed, I have smelt grandpa around me... Because he was a heavy smoker, I smelt stale smoke very strongly within the same house. Nobody in that house smokes and no fire was burning inside or outside. My cards revealed grandpa is around me... I did it three times and the same card kept coming up. I have also smelt grandma around me. Since her passing I could smell her perfume, quite heavily in fact.

In my house (this is different to the aforementioned home) I welcomed my guardian angel. I said "if you're there, make yourself known" and, during the night, I suddenly awoke (alone) and thought "My Guardian Angel is going to have to keep me company" then suddenly, as if by the speed of thought, my head got this static sound within it, I could not move and I was terrified. I then felt a pressure on my lower back, moving its way towards my head. It felt almost as though somebody had their hands on my back and was pushing upwards. As this feeling made its way to my head, the static sound in my head got more intense, to the point where I was panicking. I told it to go away, and it slowly subsided. I generally have not slept well since. My angel cards have since confirmed I have been having difficulties sleeping.

After this, I went to a local spiritual group. At the same time, three people from the group began looking over my shoulder. They said they could see a young man, who was standing behind me with a green haze around him. Apparently he has been with me for most of my life (!?) and well, I don't know what to think... Was it him I felt? Was it my guardian angel? Was it grandma? Grandpa? If I have one, how can I develop this gift? I just don't know where to start!

My great grandfather was apparently a spiritual healer... So maybe there is something in the family. I am a primary school teacher and never thought I would end up asking questions like this! Lol.
