Artistic Vision? What Is It?

I am 21 years old. All my life I've experienced distinct psychic experiences, such as, knowing what a person will say, guessing a topic of LAST exam essay question for my mom a few days before the exam, guessing who would call, and such things. I still do not take them very seriously because I'm not sure what it is. However, when was 13 years old I've had a very odd experience. One day, I opened one of my notebooks, and I looked at a blank page, I started seeing beautiful drawings from different cartoons and other figures. Those drawings were not in pen or pencil, it looked like they were "drawn" in light, like a white neon outline. I saw that, and I started drawing over those "neon" lines with my pencil and I'd have beautiful drawings. I showed it to my mother, she was very shocked, because everybody knows I cannot draw. (Nowadays, I still am not good at art at all, actually pretty bad). So after drawing those pictures, the next day I believe, I looked at another blank page of that same notebook, and I saw a neon outline of a beautiful picture, some old house, I saw every single detail. To this day I still do not know what it was. If anybody had a similar experience, please, share!
