My Sleep Paralysis Experience

I am Kris and I want to tell you about my bizarre experience when I slept one day in the past. In my previous stories that I had submitted I had mentioned that I am working overnight at the pier. Well after my night duty, I immediately rushed home to relax. I took 20 minutes of nice cool bath after I finished eating breakfast. Finally I decided to go to my room to sleep. While I am sleeping, I do not remember having dreams except for this bizarre occurrence. I remembered waking up hearing weird drill, ringing, loud noise. I also felt that my eyes is moving around at random directions altogether. I though I was dreaming so it came to my head that I wanted to wake up. While am trying to, I also felt that my body is numb. I can't move and because of that I felt fear and my heart beats slower than normal and my breathing lowered. While I am struggling to wake up, I heard voice coming from my mother, she was yelling to my little brother but I forgot of what she said to him, also other voices. I want to shout for help but I was shocked that my mouth did not respond to what I want to do. I had seen a big shaped third eye placed unto my forehead as I watched the surroundings but my eyes are closed. But I did not saw any shadow figure only the surroundings is black instead. As I was struggling to wake up, I slapped my face using my right hand many times but I did not feel any pain. I got confused because of that as I regain a bit courage to do so. Once again I tried to wake up and I succeeded using only my half of my upper body. I inspected the surroundings as I turned around. Again I was shocked because I saw myself sleeping on my bed. I thought to myself that this is only a dream and I somehow am dreaming (I think it was my spirit that rise up from my sleep and got separated from my spirit structure). After that, I controlled myself and went back to my body. This time, I tried to pray to god and signed of the cross to help me wake up during my sleep. At last, after long time of struggle, I finally got up to my bed. As soon as I wake up, I went to the bathroom to wash and rinse my face using clean water. I am now clarified that I can do OBE while I am sleeping. This is not the first time I experienced sleep paralysis. Last time I saw shadow figures like the black man holding black chains and the old hag in the past before this kind of event happened. At that time, I remembered having horrific nightmare as I saw them disturbing my sleep.
