My (pen-) name is G.A.B.i, but my first name is Gwen (hence the G in G.A.B.i). I am learning how to control and improve my abilities. I want to let people know about the paranormal (though, I'm not sure how to tell them... I want to tell my one friend about it, but I'm really not sure how to...) and help people be inspired to adapt their abilities. Now to my story: when I was younger, maybe around first grade, I heard voices (don't worry, I wasn't a crazy. ^_^) on two occasions at night time. I'm not sure if there were other times I heard voices. If I did, my brain probably blocked them out.
The first time it happened, I woke up in the middle of the night. After a few moments, I heard what sounded like a little girl repeating, "Gwen, Gwen, Come out and play." I stayed in my bed for a while, frightened at hearing a girl's voice in the middle of the night. Then I decided to go into my parents' room, like I usually do when I'm scared. So I walked to my door opened it and went into the hall. The girl's voice was louder in the hall. I hurriedly opened the door to my mom and dad's room and went inside. The girl's voice stopped once I went in. I went over to my mother's side of the bed to tell her about it, but after I did she just told me to go back to bed and that it was nothing.
The second time was very odd. I woke up in the middle of the night. I had my eyes still shut because the light in my room was turned on for some strange reason. I then heard something, what sounded a lot like my brother Rain's voice when he was a kid, say, "Apple Pie". I opened my eyes to find the light was on and the door to my room was opened wide. I yelled, "Mommy!" a couple times and my dad came. He comforted me and told me to go back to sleep.
Did any of you notice how people tend to be more psychic when they are younger? I find it very interesting. ^_^ I believe it happens when people are children because our minds are more open to new things and ideas when we are younger.
Has anyone had any similar experiences? I also would like to know why something was telling me to play with them. If you have any ideas please tell me. ^_^
