New Here And Feeling Something Eerie

Hey all! I'm 19 and I have been having some issues in life, so I took the plunge into the some of the self improvement courses and what not. Through references within the courses I was led into some of the power of now stuff and I continued onto qi and energy flows and finally I found this place. I dismissed this site as a source of help to me almost immediately but I felt almost compelled to satisfy my sense of curiosity. Upon reading into the site a bit more something seemed to click into place so I continued on.

Having grown up watching shows like dragon ball z and avatar the last air bender, I've always thought it would be cool to have powers like in those shows, but never real believed it was possible. However, after reading a few of these stories an eerie feeling came over me, like being watched or something... Not entirely sure, I just know its different than anything I've felt before. Regardless, I couldn't pull away from the stories and felt like I needed to create an account and get to know you guys.

So, where should I go from here, what's next?

Ps: I've always had a love of fire and always grab my zippo on the way out of the house although I've never smoked or had and specific reason to carry it around everywhere. I bought it on an impulse, but it usually just sits in my pocket unless I'm lighting homemade fireworks or just looking at the flame dance about.

ok, it almost sounds like it could be a spirit guide, but I don't have much experiences with animal spirit guides 😕

no hood, he about the size of an elephant and walks on all fours... Picture how a gorilla walks. I've been focusing on piecing the whole picture together and I think I have enough to be able to draw a picture of it so I'll try to get that done so you can see what I see. I'll also try to remember what it looked like before because I have definately seen it because I used it in an RPG once as one of my characters... Which is why I am partially thinking it might be my imagination, but it didn't make sense to me why it would be further evolved without me thinking through it you know?

Is this "creature" black hooded? With red eyes perhaps? If so, I recommend not messing with it... I run into them all of the time. I think the abilities we can use may not have anything to do with what element we were born into, although we generally feel more comfortable with that element, I myself am Water, I am most comfortable when it rains and when it is cool. Now that I've started to reflect on this stuff I think I may have just lost touch with something I never really knew I had.

I used to get deja vu ALOT, and sometimes I even remembered the dream from the night and was ready for something when it happened.

My parents and friends always tell me that I speak incoherently in my sleep from time to time, but I don't recall having any chats with spirits in my dreams at all...

Perhaps in my highschool phase with all the drama, procrastination, and videogames I just got off that path and lost touch.

I will try some PK stuff to see if I can develop anything. Any tips on attempting to contact whatever this creature is that I've been glimpsing?

What is next? My suggestion for you is to test abilities with respect to seeing, feeling, and knowing. Some posters are able to work with the elements can you do this or perhaps you experience vivid dreams that show you a glimpse of the future. The other seeing spirits all is open for discussion.

Hum...well since I've started reading here I've opened my mind more to seeing spirits and like I said I've been flashing to some creature. I would think it is more akin to a demon, but I suppose I have no room to judge having had no other contact.

Also, when I was younger I used to see a blonde man randomly walk past the windows outside. I only ever saw the back of his head though. I would mention it to my mom and she would say that I was seeing a guardian angel. I live in a Christian family and when we go on trips we always pray that our house stays protected while we are away, so I was open to believing that it was an angel.

Perhaps it is the same being, but as a child I was more likely to accept a human figure as opposed to a creature, what do you think?

Yes, after I posted this I stated to think about different things.

First I decided I would try to figure out what my natural element is. I thought about how I feel and sensations I've had as well as approaching it from a zodiac stand point.

I've always been a warm person (physically) and my fevers intense (back of my eyes burn) and like I said I have a fascination with flame. However I like my environment cool and I often get chills down my spine.

Astrologically I am a Leo which associates with fire. According to the Chinese zodiac I was born in the year of the metal ram, however the fixed element of the ram is also fire.

So that's what I've discovered as far as that goes... I've been flashing randomly to seeing a strange creature, but it could be my imagination... But if I remember correctly I've seen it before several years back, albeit a lesser evolved and smaller version. Also my mom tells me that when I was little (still in the crib) I used to sit up and speak strangely to nothing in particular. She also told me that she saw me climb over the wall of my crib once but instead of falling the several feet down I floated as if cradled and landed softly on my back.
