Am I Able To Sense These Things?

I am new here, I didn't really know where else to go without being called mental, or being told that I need to go to church. Anyways, here is my story;

Strange things have been happening for awhile now. They are usually small things that are out of the ordinary at random places. It started with my grandmothers house. When I was young my mother would go out to bars and clubs and I would spend the night at my grandmothers house. She had a guest bedroom that I always slept in.

And at night it always takes me awhile to fall asleep, even when I was a child. I would just lay there, while everybody was asleep I always heard footsteps walking up and down the hall. Also the door to my room would sway back and forth. As a child this really freaked me out.

It wasn't until I was around 14 when things started to happen again, and these things are still happening to me now randomly. I always get the feeling of something watching me. I have woken up to somebody calling my name a few times. I have seen a couple of shadow men. Sometimes when I try to fall asleep I feel something lay down next to me. I have seen a couple of apparitions. I have gotten mysterious bruises before. What happens the most is the touching, I get touched lightly on random parts of my body.

Last night something happened that really scared me. I was trying to sleep and I heard breathing from the corner of my room. It sounded very demonic, and gave me bad vibes. I have never really felt negative energy around me when I was alone until last night. And then something touched my thigh, and I got goosebumbs.

And I want to add that I have moved half a dozen times over the years, so these things are still happening at different locations. So is something following me, or I am able to sense these things better than my family that I live with?
