Real Psychic Experiences

Obe Halted Or Spirits?

Many, many times I have had experiences that seem like something is holding me down and I'm paralyzed. This usually happens when I wake up randomly in the middle of the night and try to fall back asleep. I used to be very frightened of this, but now, I'm kind of like "ugh". Recently, this happened and I felt and sort of watched myself fly out of bed very fast toward my bedroom door to yell at a spirit or something to get out of my house, then I was back in bed and I opened my eyes. I also felt like whatever I yelled at either left or shrank away.

I don't know what this is but last night someone told me she heard it was your soul trying to leave your body. I have had many different types of experiences through out my life that have seemed to be paranormal and psychic. I also have to sleep with the tv on every night due to the fact that I hear stuff and I don't like or want to hear it. To me, I can only describe it like hearing bits of conversations in a room with my eyes closed. There are also so many other experiences and things that would take many pages to list, that I won't now:) I don't know what to think about this. Anyone that has info on this subject, your input would be greatly appreciated. I'm a very busy mom of 5, with work and chores and kids sports so I don't have too much time to read all the articles and stories, so I thought I would just ask this straight out. Thank you:)

I truly thank everyone for taking a moment to answer and give me some insight. I have had many waking hours with paranormal experiences, why not in my sleep as well? Lol. I will look into all that has been suggested thank you ❤

I'm not an expert on this type of psychic problem but I think I can maybe explain a little at least.

If you're waking up for no reason and then feeling trapped then you're probably deeling with a spirit who wants your attention or help for something. If you get a bad feeling from the spirit than it might actually want to hurt you. If this is the case then think only happy thoughts and tell the spirit that it doesn't belong here and needs to go on.

If you don't get a bad feeling, then talk to the being and see if you hear what it wants from you.

Do which ever of these things is needed when ever you hear or see something.

The leaving your body thing is called astral projection. It is most usually done while sleeping and allows the mind and spirit to leave the body for a short time and wander around. With practice, you can control where you go and what you want to do.

If you are fending off spirits in your astral projections then that is a truly incredible power.

If you need any more help then feel free to Email or contact me.
Brightest Blessings

Ahhh, I know EXACTLY what you're talking about. I can't sleep without every single light and the TV on. (My parents hate me for running up the electric bill. 😜)

And yes, I've heard the theories about your body trying to release your soul but getting "stuck," so to speak. Perhaps there is some truth to it, and though I'm no expert, it makes sense. I strongly believe that dreams take place in other realms, literally, which is why it's possible to have synchronized dreams. Literally traveling in astral planes.

Sleep paralysis can be very scary, but try practicing lucid dreaming. Once you learn how to control the transitions from sleeping to waking, this won't happen as often.

hey, I've had similar experiences, and for me its more or less astral projection. You might want to try deep breathing and concentrate on pulling yourself into your body, or picture a something tying you to the ground, to ground yourself and keep you in your body. Also for hearing the voices, if you want them to go away, you can sage your house, or just be really firm with them and say something like go away, this is my house, my time and I don't want you to bother me anymore.
