I don't know if I'm a medium and I don't really know much about this stuff, but I would really appreciate it if someone helped explain what's going on.
Ever since I was 5 I've been having these strange dreams that are really confusing and everyone calls me Sephoni in my dreams. One dream that I had was about a piece of paper with Sephoni written all over it and then it just burst into flames. The next day the recycling bin at my school was set on fire. Another I had when I was 10, everything was moving fast there was a flash of red and then a loud screeching sound like metal on metal, then everything was black. A flash of white then a bunch of scrambled images. Every image was flashing faster and faster until it was dizzying. When I woke up I was so dizzy that I could barely stand, it made me puke. The day after there was a really bad car crash. A building collapsed too, right beside the crash.
I also hear people talking around me sometimes when there's no one there. And sometimes I hear this little girl crying for her mom and asking for help. Sometimes I can see shapes of people when there's no one there and I can feel them sometimes too.
I feel other people's energy. I feel their emotions and most of the time they take over my own emotions and I end up acting like them and feeling the same as them. When I go home or when I am away from everyone like after school, I get these awful headaches, I feel tired and drained of energy.
