Connected Experiences

I think I am an empath and a bit more, but not sure what. Since I was really little I have had strange things happen. I can pick up on surrounding peoples feelings. I can feel when something bad is going to happen sometimes. I can hear, only sometimes see, ghosts. I've dreamt about some things before they happened. I have a bit more but these are the ones that I most get.

I have not done any research or practice much due to I do not know where to start. My mother is the same as I and already knows how to channel energy back and forth. She is not one to talk about it much though. I was given a crystal to practice channeling energy, was given to me by a crystal healer who is friends with my mother. I have not seen her in years now. I do not really know anyone else that I can talk to about any of this so I am happy to have found this site.

I recently found out that I am connected to my sister in ways. She is 16 and I am 22, we are not related by blood at all. I was 10 and she was 4 when our parents got together. For about 4 or 5 years we lost touch with each other and recently been in contact again. We were talking one night about different things and this subject popped up. I have been having on ongoing dream since I was very small, before she was born even. I was telling her about it and she has been having the same dreams as I. We even compared and confirmed it. As a joke one day we decided to buy those silly little toys from those quarter machines and they matched up. Small things like that keep happening. Like me, she has more abilities, just about identical to mine.

Would be nice if there was somebody who can point us in the direction we need to learn more about what we have. Thank you for reading this.
